And because of that, and the great price they offered me, I went back and bought the car I wanted. Not only that, they offered me a great deal on a trade-in AND Terrell Carpenter even drove back with me to my house to empty my van and get the 3 heavy van seats from in my garage and put them back in the van! Terrell was very personable, knowledgeable, and supportive. Everyone I dealt with was patient with me and answered all my questions. I had a lot of questions as I never bought a car before and they walked me through everything. I can't say enough about my experience and they deserved 5 stars, especially Terrell! More

Tire rotation and oil change Had a tire rotation and coil change and on the way home my tire pressure light came on. I called the dealership to tell them about it and left a mess Had a tire rotation and coil change and on the way home my tire pressure light came on. I called the dealership to tell them about it and left a message and nobody called me back I had to call again and now they want me to come in so they can turn the tire pressure light off. No answer for radio,phone and gps disconnect I am very disappointed with the entire situation. To date the use of my radio,Bluetooth and navigation connection continue to xxxx down randomly with I am very disappointed with the entire situation. Leased new car in Aug and continue to have issues. Phone even disconnects totally forcing me to pull over and reset it, have gotten lost on highway due to navigation shutting down, lost MD call and son pulled over for picking up phone yo see how to reconnect while he was driving. Very dangerous and scary. Really want to get rid of car at this point and move on. Dealing with this for months. Unacceptable. More
