I don't think they worked hard to get me more affordable pay I wanted to convert my lease to a finance to lower my payments which were already at $452 a month but after I left Atlantic Honda that day. Worse experience at a dealership in my 49 years of buying ne They tried to sell me a tire that I did not need. I had a nail in the top of the tire. They insisted it was in the rear side wall. They insist d I needed to buy a new tire.!They failed the inspection (which they should have not performed) and charged me $10. They ripped off the inspection sticker. They took over an hour to wash the car..it was a crappy wash. The service women as obnoxious and twice I asked to speak to the service manager and twice I was told no. I have a picture of the nail. I sent the service manager an email with my number and I never received a call. WORST SERVICE EVER! The tire was patch elsewhere for $15, inspected for $10, and the tires rotated for $20. It would have cost me at least $300 for service for $45 worth of work. So much for free oil changes! More

Customer service Waited a few days to leave a review. My last visit was for a recall. I made an apptmnt, told it would take 45 minutes and 2 hrs later my 2015 hon Waited a few days to leave a review. My last visit was for a recall. I made an apptmnt, told it would take 45 minutes and 2 hrs later my 2015 honda pilot had not even been taken into the workshop. Thankfuly, Bernie stepped in, made another apptmnt and was there when i came back, took my car immediately and gad the work done in just over an hour. Thats the visit i wss expecting the first time. So on to this visit, I again made an apotmnt and went directly to Bernie. He took my info and i was off, not staying this time. Bernie called with the status of my truck, even told my of a problem that needed addressing. All work was done to my satisfaction and in a timely fashion. Most importantly I will be coming back to Atlantic Honda not just for the service but because of Bernie. Bernie is the consimate proffesional and all around pleasant person. Bernie unstood my past tbls and made sure this was not repeated. Im sure you know but Bernie is an asset to your dealership and I look forward to working with him in the future. More
