First-Time Purchase It was our first time purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Eugene made purchasing a vehicle very enjoyable. It was a pleasant experience conducting business with him. My only gripe was on the day we came to pick up the car. It was with the financing department. We waited over 1 hour and 15 minutes to complete the paperwork. Eugene did his very best to get them to speed things up to no avail. He let them know the previous day that we were coming in following day, in the morning. That’s my only disappointment. When we finally saw the finance rep, it took all of 10-15 minutes to sign the paperwork and to complete the deal. If I was able, I’d give the dealership 4 1/2 stars. Overall, it was a very good experience. Eugene was truly terrific! More
