First time I've never felt confident about driving my car The day after my car was service at Atlantic Honda, I woke up to a flat tire. Mind you I had just purchased a brand new left rear tire as during the The day after my car was service at Atlantic Honda, I woke up to a flat tire. Mind you I had just purchased a brand new left rear tire as during the servicing, "Advisor" David told me a nail was in the tire and it "had to be replaced, can't be plugged." The following day I went out to my car, the right rear tire was extremely flat, I had to "4-way" to the nearest gas station to get air. I drove back to Atlantic Honda, explained what occurred and they tested and said they found nothing then inflated my tires. The next morning I still woke up to a flat, I'm starting to think they replaced the wrong tire so now I have to make time in the mornings to make an air pump stop before work...it is frustrating. More

Fast quick & inexpensive Went in for n oil change & actually had an expired inspection sticker. All done within the hour & a car wash as well! Would recommend to everyone! Happy but confused The service I got from the rep was very professional & pleasing. However I was not happy with the price of a simple tire rotation. Also the annoying part is that after I drove a few miles away my low tire pressure light came on. I had to stop at gas station to put air in tires; AFTER I just got a tire rotation & oil change! Who allowed that to happen?? More

Good service. Disappointed. I always take my civic to this dealer and they always do good service. This time I took it and I was disappointed. They took my car and passed it through the machine knowing my tints were on. After a while they tell me it didnt pass cause the tints. My disappointment is that why would you pass a car if they know the car had tints and it wont pass. On top of that I didnt realize I didnt have my inspection sticker on. The dealer had taken it off and I was driving with no sticker. I couldn't drive my car for 2 days. I would had appreciated if they told me before passing it through the machine that the car wouldn't pass and not taken the sticker off. More

Well before his shift even began, he immediately took me in from the parking area and addressed my interests and concerns as it related to a potential purchase. It was amazing to see that no tactics were needed to try to get a good deal, It was straight to the point, as to what you can save .Mr. Richie Lobraico, the Pre-owned Cars Sales Manager extended his consideration to offer me the best deal that he could. The one take away I had from this experience is that I walked away with a great car, and a great deal. The atmosphere was welcoming and I really think, based upon my experience, that they truly work hard to get a customer what they come there for. More
