It was a pleasant experience conducting business with him. My only gripe was on the day we came to pick up the car. It was with the financing department. We waited over 1 hour and 15 minutes to complete the paperwork. Eugene did his very best to get them to speed things up to no avail. He let them know the previous day that we were coming in following day, in the morning. That’s my only disappointment. When we finally saw the finance rep, it took all of 10-15 minutes to sign the paperwork and to complete the deal. If I was able, I’d give the dealership 4 1/2 stars. Overall, it was a very good experience. Eugene was truly terrific! More

My service advisors have always been very helpful for routine maintenance as well as the occasional extra service needed (happens less with Honda then other brands I have owned). I tend to keep my cars longer then most with one car having over 175,000 over 11 years which was recently replaced not because it was not running well, but our needs changed More
