Great experience buying a new pilot we had a great experience with our salesman Arod. Right from the jump he was very accommodating. He worked very hard to get us an amazing deal. The manager Ron Mcdougald definitely took great care of us as well. He worked hard to accommodate our budget, and got us well under what other dealers would charge for the same vehicle. Also notable mention is Jose Rodriguez in the finance department. He was very friendly and informational as well, and guided us seamlessly through the loan process. Overall I would rate this dealership a 10 out of 10 because they didn’t play any games. They knew what we wanted and helped us get into an amazing Pilot. I recommend this place to anyone looking to get into a new Honda. More

I’ve been coming to Atlantic Honda for my maintenance since my wife & I purchased this new CR-V. The manager was very nice and pleasant. Atlantic Honda also approved fixing the defective paint job that caused some bubbling and finally pealing of the paint on our new Honda CR-V. The Honda technician was wonderful and was able to determined that my entire dashboard needed to be replaced due to the photos, videos, and fortunately the technician witnessing the dashboard outage himself as well. I appreciate Ms. Jessie Brennan for helping me with these 2 issues and bringing this up to the proper people. It took some time, but the manager explained to me that The body shop was really backed up. I appreciate the follow-up concerns of the wait time from Ms. Jessie Brennan. I will definitely be purchasing real soon, my wife’s new Honda Pilot here. Most dealerships doesn’t want anything to do with you or make things very difficult for the customer(s) when something is needed to be done. Thankfully, I went to Atlantic Honda today where I felt like I was hanging out with a friend. He patiently explained two different options; I had with no pressure. He just explained nicely the pros and cons! He wanted me to leave happy, I can tell he cared. He called my insurance co. to get quotes on each option before any deal was made. There were absolutely no surprises in the end. The only surprise was how he was cleaning up the seats before I drove off because he didn’t think it was done well enough by the car wash team. He sat with me in the car to set up my phone, showed me the features, and how to use them. He handled the DMV, insurance etc. the entire team was professional and friendly.
