I not only got the price I was looking for (which I did not reveal to him), but the experience was hassle free and headache free. Mr. Marshall was very professional and to put it frankly, no BS. I then went on to finance, and met Mr. Dave Shapiro. Again, very courteous and professional. They both made the purchase quick, easy and stress free. Certified Pre-Owned Purchase Experience Juan Nunez was a great sales person. He told me from the start he would get me the deal I came for and proceeded to be very confident while still keep Juan Nunez was a great sales person. However, the deal was almost ruined by Richard LoBraico (Pre-owned manager). Richard came on very aggressive, trying to convince me the price I was asking for was ridiculous for what was going to be included. He then continued to talk for a long time, to the point where I was severely upset and thought about walking right then and there. Luckily Juan led him away. Richard was beyond unprofessional and almost ruined the deal Juan had nicely put together. Juan was very helpful and accommodating and HE is what made my experience pleasant, no one else. More

Smooth as silk Today I started my search for a new car and by the end of the day I had one in my driveway. When I arrived at Atlantic Honda with my son who was helpi Today I started my search for a new car and by the end of the day I had one in my driveway. When I arrived at Atlantic Honda with my son who was helping me with the whole process, we were first introduced to Phillip Ward. He was a smiling happy guy who seemed genuinely ready to help us. He immediately presented several vehicles for us to test drive and I ultimately selected a 2017 CRV. Phillip then sat with us and explained all our options and answered all the questions we had. The entire time he was very enthusiastic about us being satisfied with our final decision. We explained how the bottom line with us was cost and he was very willing to work with us so we would be able to choose a car that I could afford and yet be the "car of my dreams." Phillip made the dream happen. We then were introduced to several other people who would be involved with the process: someone to assist with the insurance, a financing officer, and someone to go over all the final paperwork. All these individuals were friendly and eager to help, answering all our questions. When all was signed and approved, I learned I would be able to drive my new car home right away. Phillip then escorted me to the car and gave me a complete tutorial on the workings as I sat in the drivers seat. He explained all all the functions and showed me how everything worked. He set up my iPhone immediately so I could take calls while driving without ever having to touch my phone. He even had me do a couple of practice calls so I would be comfortable using this feature right away. Overall this was an amazing experience in that everything went well and everyone was so friendly, helpful and extremely professional. I have to thank Phillip Ward for making the the whole process as smooth as silk. More
