The waiting room at Atlantic Honda fir when you are having service done is amazing, including the large stone fireplace. Above and beyond I had a warranty guarantee on a 2013 Accord. She reprinted all of my paperwork for me and held it in a folder till it was time for my refund. When I sent her all of my stuff she told me it usually takes a few weeks (which was confirmed by a salesman I have delt with) however, Katelyn told me she would have it sooner. In about three days I received a call from Katelyn that my check was ready. She really went above and beyond by seeing this process through and getting me my check. There was nothing more in it for her besides helping me out. That did not matter to her. It shows she did it because she cares. Thank you very much Katelyn. More
