New car purchase too much bs and paperwork time I would have liked to have walked in, got credit check, finished paper work& left with vehicle. That doesn't seem to work here. I was extremely stressed about the situation and unsure about making a decision since it was the first time I would be buying a newer, reliable car. Larry and Rick made me feel secure and comfortable while making my decision, answering all my questions honestly. The first car Larry directed me to is now my new car and I love it! Awesome!!! I can not believe I was at a ‘garage’ to get an oil change!!! This place is just unbelievable!! !!! Pull right in and right away the staff is there to greet you and take care of our vehicle. We met Alex Tinnirello - our service advisor- and it was like being treated as a family member!! Super Nice and Super Genuine Nice Person!! Thank you Alex!! I waited approximately 40 minutes for my vehicle in which time I had a cup of hot chocolate and a very nice conversation and manicure with the nicest manicurist Ever!! Not 10 minutes later Alex comes to me to explain all that was done to my vehicle AND the car was washed and waiting for me right outside the door. Literally!!! Needed a nice reliable car. I needed a good reliable car for my 20 year old hard working college age daughter. I didn't really know what to expect when I went to Atlantic Honda. I needed a good reliable car for my 20 year old hard working college age daughter. I didn't really know what to expect when I went to Atlantic Honda. I could never have imagined that my experience would be SO flawless. I was welcomed by Frankie, then Matt and ultimately they guided me to Larry who listened to my desires and budget. We looked over a car and I met my daughter there later in the day. I had pulled her away from mid-term studies and she was a bit nervous and frazzled. Larry treated her with understanding and care all the while being proficient and knowledgeable. Well.......we ended up buying that car. Everyone was SO professional and friendly as they did their part.....from the guys I initially met to Jillian and Katelyn who took care of insurance, DMV and the signing. what a relief for me to know my daughter has a solid "good" car around her (and she's really stoked about the way it looks!!!) I gave her a couple of days to get used to it and asked her if she liked it and she sail she LOVED it!!! To top it all off, at the end of the process, Rick Alessi, one of the managers introduced himself to us and assured us that we had the entire dealership behind us. By that time my daughter was at ease laughing and smiling. A few days after we bought the car Larry called me to make sure I was happy and let us know that they were there for us. Thank you EVERYONE at Atlantic Honda for all that you did for us!!!! You took a huge load off a loving dad's mind. I had dinner with my son a few days ago-just graduated college and is working in his chosen field. I said, when you are ready to upgrade your vehicle............I have just the place!!! More
