This gentleman addressed all of my concerns before having my vehicle serviced and followed up with me on the phone with the recommendations from the service technician. He clearly explained all of my options to me. Bernie couldn't do enough for me and made me feel like we were life long friends. Went to pick-up the car on Sunday and Rich Lobraico who happened to be at the podium went out of his way to make sure all of my concerns were met and that I was completely satisfied before leaving. Larry Ellis - Excellent I went to look at Honda Crosstour at this dealer because there are very few offered on long island. There was one other dealer that i was going to go I went to look at Honda Crosstour at this dealer because there are very few offered on long island. There was one other dealer that i was going to go to after this dealer that had a cross tour . After meeting with Larry and learning about the dealership we made a decision based on the following: 1. Larry was patient, professional and personable. Made us feel important and welcome regardless of what was being presented to him. 2. The dealer certification program is really the best. There isn't another dealer on the island that can beat it. 3. The entire staff at Atlantic Honda from Larry, to the Manager to the Finance department were always professional and informed us of every aspect of the purchase. Definately a good experience.
