Salesmen were excellent-professional and friendly We had 2 transactions- a purchase and a lease. Both Jimmy and Phil were wonderful. Sadly I cannot say the same for the car and the service dept. With 12, yes twelve, miles on a 2017 CRV exl, the emission service lit up. It was immediately taken to service and an hour later We were told that the problem was that the service person who filled the tank must not have turned the car fully off. We did not believe this, but took the car and went home. The next day the same problem arose and this brand new car spent several days being serviced. From the 2nd to the 6th of Jan, we had the car for about 36 hours! Service repaired a sensor that caused the 'knock' in the engine. We hope that this is true. More
