I would also recommend that anyone in the market for either a pre-owned car or a new one , utilize the services of Larry Ellis , who is knowledgeable and goes the extra mile in assuring a customer's satisfaction. Excellent Service I really loved the service. I was waiting in my e-mail for the survey but I never received it so i decided to look for the dealer rate so i could shar I really loved the service. Alex Tinnirello was very understanding of my needs and friendly. I go there at 7:30 in the morning for oil change, battery and tire rotation. I thought it was gonna take so long but i was very fast. I will definitely recommend this dealer, by the way i love the different kind of coffees that they have :) More

The next day, Anthony called and asked us to come back in and he would try to get us into the car we wanted. We spent a few hours there with him and Richie and by the time we left with our new car, we were treated like family. Anthony went out of his way to get us a deal on the car. We will be coming back for our service and for future cars. Thank you guys for a great experience. More

It became frustrating visiting Honda dealers who had vehicles in less then certified conditions priced at top dollar.We also received poor customer service...But, then we came across Atlantic Honda where they exceed our expectations they had outstanding customer service (Jesus Ramirez) and Manager Matt Bryne. We were pleased with ever step during our purchase of a 2013 Honda Pilot certified means that here .This dealership works hard to make its customers happy at the same time selling quality vehicles. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON LONG ISLAND/QUEENS !!!! After a frustrating, exhausting & stressful three weeks visiting Honda dealerships all over Long Island & Queens in search of a used CERTIFIED Honda P After a frustrating, exhausting & stressful three weeks visiting Honda dealerships all over Long Island & Queens in search of a used CERTIFIED Honda Pilot i was ready to call it quits and just go with a different make, but i decided to give it one more try with Honda & headed down to Atlantic Honda and im glad i did! Upon entering the dealership i was greeted by a staff member and i was personally walked over to the used inventory dept of the dealership & introduced to Jesus Ramirez (salesperson) & Matt Byrne(manager). There Huge Certified Honda Pilot inventory depicted exactly what a Certified Honda Pilot should look like(new tires,new brakes, limitied flaws on paint & interior), unlike other Honda dealerships in Long Island who's certified Honda Pilots resemble vehicles that should be heading to auction & were not worthy of being stamped Honda Certified!! & to make matters worse they were asking for top dollar!! Jesus was extremely patient,helpful,honest throughout the entire process & was able to get me in the Honda Pilot of my choice. Also special thanks to Manager Matt Byrne for also assisting on the sale and making it possible for me to make the purchase! Upon picking up my 2013 Honda Pilot exl it was flawless and triple detailed & Jesus threw in some custom all-weather Pilot mats!!! Thank you Jesus & Matt for making it happen and making it a really Kool experience to purchase my Pilot, love my truck!!! More
