Its been 12 years since I shopped for a new car and was delaying the 'buying process' for quite some time as I did not want to go through the perceive Its been 12 years since I shopped for a new car and was delaying the 'buying process' for quite some time as I did not want to go through the perceived hassle of car shopping and have always been wary of car salespeople, often with good reason. HOWEVER the team at Atlantic Honda were able to surpass my expectations at every level. I had the unique pleasure of interacting with many team members at Atlantic Honda: Larry Ellis, Frank Fardette, Charlie (from Finance) and Rick Alessi (GM). All of which treated me with respect, were professional, took their time to understand my needs and found the car I wanted within my budget, at an affordable price point. Larry was our salesperson and he was OUTSTANDING. Being in the in the sales/service arena myself, I know what it takes to deliver an exceptional customer service experience and I can honestly say Larry more than delivered!!! Courteous, professional, service with a smile, knowledgeable, honest and confident are just a few words I would use to describe my interactions with Larry. Larry was not hesitant to answer my questions and took his time with us throughout every step of our car buying experience. Larry tactfully explained every step of the process and kept us informed throughout as far as what would happen next...what we needed to do...and even personally took care in ensuring that our new 2016 Honda Pilot was 'camera ready' for delivery and handoff. The showroom itself is brand new, neat, clean and organized - where else can you get a back massage, have a few hot dogs, get your nails done and oh yeah buy/lease a car all under one roof? Great Experience! I really just wanted to leave a review to thank Jason Yang and Atlantic Honda. When my car died suddenly and I needed a new one fast, I was immediatel I really just wanted to leave a review to thank Jason Yang and Atlantic Honda. When my car died suddenly and I needed a new one fast, I was immediately stressed out. I walked into Atlantic Honda just to look because I was unsure of what I wanted but knowing I liked the look of a Civic. I had quickly looked at the features online and thought the car seemed way too techy for me, but I liked the look and size of it. Jason was an outstanding salesperson! He explained everything to me, he was so patient and answered questions without me even having to ask or think of them. I wanted to look at another car brand just for my own peace of mind, knowing I just didn't buy the first car I looked at, and not only did the car not even compare to the Civic, but it just showed me the differences in dealerships/selling styles. Needless to say we went back to Atlantic Honda and I drove home in my new Civic an hour later. I would recommend Jason and Atlantic Honda to anyone looking for a new car. He was so thorough and I never felt pressured to buy. Overall it was a great buying experience and I'm in love with my new Civic! More
