I was referred to sales consultant Jesus Rami I just purchased a new 2016 Honda pilot touring March 30, 2016 from Atlantic Honda in Bayshore New York. I was referred to sales consultant Jesus Ramirez from a friend of mine. When I called Jesus he made me feel comfortable immediately. I explained to him that I needed accurate financial numbers to make my decision on purchasing a new car from him. He called me back in 15 minutes and got down to business. no games, no lies just straight talk. I purchased the Honda the next morning. He guided me through the process as if I was his family. He walked me throughout his facility and introduced me to auto tech Jose Espinal and service advisor Nicholas Squeo. Walking back to the showroom he introduced me to Ben a parts advisor. Once back in the showroom he introduced me to finance manager Dave Shapiro ( who got me a lower interest rate from Honda then the rate I received from my bank). I asked General sales manager Frank Fardette if Honda sold giant gift bows because the car was a gift for my wife, he told me no we don't but I'll give you a bow to surprise your wife but please return it. Overall, This is my fourth new car purchase. Atlantic Honda's people made the atmosphere relaxing and very pleasant. JOB WELL DONE HONDA. I returned the bow two days later. Thanks again Jesus.
