Jesus Ramirez is OUTSTANDING! Jesus went above and beyond helping me to buy a car. Not only did he come into work the day of receiving a back injection for pain, he stayed as long Jesus went above and beyond helping me to buy a car. Not only did he come into work the day of receiving a back injection for pain, he stayed as long as possible to ensure I had all the information needed (all while still being in pain). Jesus was available all times of day to answer text and phone calls with questions I had. If he did not have an answer right away he ensured he would get back to me as soon as possible when he did. Once all paperwork was completed Jesus went as far as showing me worst and best case scenarios to ensure I was fully aware of what could happen. That was such a relief because that gave me piece of mind. He maintained transparency throughout my car buying process which highlighted his integrity as a Sales Associate.
