Outstanding Service I have had my Honda Odyssey serviced at Atlantic Honda since the vehicle was purchased in 2007. I have found the service to be first rate and the advi I have had my Honda Odyssey serviced at Atlantic Honda since the vehicle was purchased in 2007. I have found the service to be first rate and the advisors friendly. My last three service visits have been with Alex Tinnirello as my service advisor. Each time Alex was able to get the van in the same day and provide a loaner car when needed. In each instance the service departments team of technicians were able to diagnose the problem and make the repair. Mr. Tinnirello is an asset to Atlantic Honda's Service Department. I have purchased two vehicles at Atlantic Honda and will continue to buy and service my vehicles there. More

The car was delivered to us quicker than expected, and he took care of all the paperwork and insurance transfers. Disorganized We were approved and given the keys to our car only to have the keys taken from us - only ONE SET of keys were given to us Also we were not given back We were approved and given the keys to our car only to have the keys taken from us - only ONE SET of keys were given to us Also we were not given back our Drivers License - We had to make a trip back to the dealership to pick up our Drivers License - The Manager refused to help when we asked about the other set of keys - I have NEVER bought a car and only leaving with ONE set of Keys! We were told they were in someones draw....Mike L. was helpful at the time of the Sale But Rich L. avoided us when we needed help with the Key situation. During our first Service Visit....the worker was on his Personal Cell Phone.....my Daughter In Law waited patiently with her 7 monthly old over 2 hours!!!! Then one of the other workers asked for her keys and started to walk away with them until I stopped him questioning WHY he needed the Keys again when the Service was Complete !! Ver Unsatisfied !!! the best time i ever had at a dealer ship i like my hondas great cars but the salesmen makes the difference in the purchase. i had two hondas prier to coming to atlantic honda from north shore i like my hondas great cars but the salesmen makes the difference in the purchase. i had two hondas prier to coming to atlantic honda from north shore honda. at north shore honda the did not know how to deal or talk to customers very arrigant.think there xxxx dont stink. i had no choice after loosing 2 cars to sandy 3 years ago but to go to north shore honda.i saw an add on t.v the night befor going to north shore honda from atlantic honda. biggest best move i ever did. while walking in with my father i was greeted by a salesman john marshal the nicest guy you would want to help you. i explained my bad experience with at north shore honda and that my 3 year lease was coming to an end in 2 months and what i wanted in a new car.john explained the differences in price payments and the options in cars. within 2 and a half hours i was out the door with a new car,lower payments. john made it so easy no hassels no pressure and all his staff around had his back in helping my father and i go on our merry way. yes i would recommend any body who is looking for a honda to go to atlantic honda the best dealer ship that i know of. thank you.sincerally darryl vegh More
