He even gave us his personal cell phone number and told us if you have any questions don't hesitate to call me. We have called him a few times to see if what he said is true and it is. Service help After purchasing a certified Honda Odyssey after a year I brought in vehicle for inspection. Found out my rear brakes needed to be replaced. It was su After purchasing a certified Honda Odyssey after a year I brought in vehicle for inspection. Found out my rear brakes needed to be replaced. It was supposed to be replaced when I purchased the vehicle as a certified vehicle but with only after 11 000 miles it was determined that they were not. It might have been an oversight but after explaining to Alex that they should have lasted a lot longer than that he was able to plead my case with Rich and he didn't hesitate to cover the cost of replacing them. Thanks to the service of Alex and Rich I am a happy Honda customer. More
