Leasing our 2015 Honda CRV with Joey Naim My husband and I met with our sales representative Joey Naim to lease our next Honda CRV. This is the second time we leased from Atlantic Honda and ha My husband and I met with our sales representative Joey Naim to lease our next Honda CRV. This is the second time we leased from Atlantic Honda and had Joey as our Sales Consultant. He is extremely knowledgable, courteous and makes the process so seamless. He worked with us to pick out the best car for our needs and explained all the features of each model. Joey always takes his time and listens to our questions and we never feel pressured. The entire crew at Atlantic Honda are wonderful and we were driving out with our new car in about 2 1/2 hours. Joey called us the next day to make sure everything was fine with our car and we were so impressed with his professionalism and the entire Atlantic Honda family we wanted do write this review. Great service - during a snowstorm! Last snowstorm my car died in my parking lot. I got a jump and brought it in to Atlantic Honda - which was very close to my home. Previously I only had my car serviced at another dealer that was much further away. Although the other service center was also wonderful, I will be going back to Atlantic due to the great service I received. They saw me immediately and I had no appointment. Alex found the issue very quickly - my alternator needed to be replaced. While they were reviewing the different systems on the car, they found that my engine was leaking - and the issue met the standards for a Honda 'known issue' that allowed him to replace my engine with a brand new engine at no cost to me! Wonderful! Alex also made additional suggestions for some repairs to keep my car running smoothly. It is very important to me to fix things before they break (if possible) - so I'm grateful to all the Honda service stations who always apprise me of repairs/replacements needed - and Atlantic certainly meets and exceeds that standard. My car was returned to me at the price stated, in the time stated and was washed as well! In addition, some other things were done for me. Since my alternator drained my battery, I knew that I would have to look up the code to activate it again - that was already done for me. Also, I have a small dent in my fender that occasionally pulls it away from the car and I have to bang it back in. That was put back for me. Small things, I know, but very appreciated (and YES, I noticed)!!! And finally, Alex made sure that I was shuttled home on that messy snow day and I'd like to thank both him and Anthony (who had to drive me on those slippery roads). Thanks for a great experience on what could have been a very stressful day! You have a new service customer and I will definitely be looking for my next car here as well as recommending you to all my friends. More

With three dealerships in my area I decide to go there because the service is above and beyond. Three days ago i went there just to get prices and check what my options are. ANTHONY CUCINELLA he had the kindness and the patients to explain to me anything I need. He show me the car take me for a test drive and even offer me coffee and cookies. He didn't give me any pressure to buy the car that day .I told him I need to thing about it Tree days later when I call him it was his day off but he came in any way just for me. I had been searching for two years to buy to a car. I had so many passed stories with prior vehicles, I could write a book on....... Should I go used? Should I go new? I could of went many options. I choose this one! I went pre-owned. I finally had met a friend and ask for a recommendation for a car person. My friend drove me straight to Honda dealership in Bayshore, NY praising a man named Larry Ellis. He looked me straight in the eye and said I am going to find you a car. He was persistent but with courteous and pleasant manner. I was in and out of car lot for two years...... even Honda in Bay shore several times and then finally after six months I found myself drawn once again to a Honda Civic at Bayshore Honda. I was not a easy customer to deal with as I have no patience to buy a car but Larry Ellis saw my good and understood my issues. I wanted a car, I just didn't want to wait for the whole process of buying one to be long. I told this to Larry and he still said we will find you a car and make this happen. Larry persistence, experience, customer service excellence along with his goodness as a human being made me want to buy this car and his service. I felt right at home. Their were no demands, no pressures. I am a proud owner of a 2008 Honda Civic and treat it well because I enjoying riding my vehicle around town. I know my purchase was a good one..... why because I had to bring this car back with problems from the ice storm here in NY and I was given complete service by Nick Squeo in the service department. Why because I had problems with the battery not even six month into owning the vehicle and Larry Ellis as well as Mangers and customer service Jamie Delamos, made sure I felt confident again walking out their door that my first decision was the right decision. Actually I had the worst day ever. I feel really good knowing my vehicle is back to the standards I uphold on myself as I take care of people, places and things on an every day basis. I would an have recommended Honda of Bay shore for just these reasons I have stated. That's the kind of service I have given myself to others and I expect in return. This is the place to buy a car. I hope they continue this for a long lasting relationship with the many towns that surround them. Thank you Again! More
