Super nice and helpful I brought in my plug-in hybrid car to Service by appointment on a holiday, and right away the service advisor said it would be a very long wait. She put me right into a loaner car and kept in touch over the length of time they had my car, as well as making sure I had the info when I got back to contact the knowledge guy on my particular model. The service was welcoming when I pulled into the garage.I then went to the desk ,Bernie was very efficient .He stated I'd be 45min.to an hour.I text them from waiting room.... got no answer.So after sitting then went to the desk ,Bernie was very efficient .He stated I'd be 45min.to an hour.I text them from waiting room.... got no answer.So after sitting for 2 hours I inquired at the desk that 2 hours for an oil change is a little long.He was very nice and found out the dept was just putting oil in and would be a couple minutes longer.Finally done.Car wash was not opened .Bernie apologized for the wait..It was a holiday if that had anything to do with it. I went for my first oil change. The dealer took my car quickly and completed the full service. I waited in a very nice large comfortable area with breakfast snacks and TV. The dealership is nice and clean and the employees were for the most part courteous. My only gripe is $217 for a transmission oil change when it consist of the removal of two bolts and a dipstick. I could go to any certified repair shop closer to me and probably pay the same price and they have to wait for their parts when Honda has them readily available at the service department. At the dealership should have a great discount from Honda being that it is the manufacturer. I feel I should probably pay less then any mechanic in the neighborhood. Also I felt like I was at the ticket office at motor vehicles waiting to pay a ticket. There were close to or more than 50 people waiting for service. Maybe should give people a time frame. I would probably get a better experience going to a mom and pop shop and maybe even for less money. That's all. More
