Trustworthy Brought my 2016 Honda civic in for a problem that seems to be reoccurring. I purchased the car at Atlantic Honda and in March of 2018 for my son who w Brought my 2016 Honda civic in for a problem that seems to be reoccurring. I purchased the car at Atlantic Honda and in March of 2018 for my son who was away at college. We drove the car with him down to Louisiana at the end of May 2018. On the trip we discovered the Airconditioner wasn't working. We took the car to a Honda dealer in Alabama and had to have the condenser replaced. Well in March of 2019 the airconditioner stopped working again. My son was in NC so he took it to a Honda place near Durham. My son was charged 200 for a diagnostic to be told the problem was he needed freon. Ridiculous seeing that he just had the entire thing replaced and filled with freon less than a year ago. We asked the NC dealer to check the system and see what we did at the Honda dealer in Alabama. The dealer there said he couldn't check records from other dealers.... upsetting seeing that we bought the car from honda because they advertise that they could do just that. Have records of service on the car even though it was done at a different t Honda dealership. Anyway it's now July and the airconditioner is out again. We brought the car to Atlantic honda and guess what. They pulled up all the records of service, replaced the condenser and didn't charge me a dime for the diagnostic. This is why I buy all my cars here and have all my service done here when possible. Thank you for all your help. My only complaint is communication about what is going on with my car wash little slow coming. Other than that I am completely satisfied!!! More

I travel 45 mins each way to go to that dealership, rather than the one 3 miles from my home, bc they are sooooo much nicer to deal with. This time, however, I went in for an “express” oil change and it took 2 1/2 hours- they said they were badly backed up, when I inquired, after an hour and a half had gone by. While I understand that happens, the service person taking in my vehicle should have disclosed that before they took my car away, in which case I would have made my decision about whether or not to reschedule the oil change for a better time. Other wise I would have given a 5 star rating. Love Atlantic Honda! More

The young lady who handled my billing was not very nice like she was doing me a favor. Left the booth with my credit card never explained why she would take it out if my site. After I returned they couldnt find my keys. She finally told me they were probably washing it I should wait snd wave the valet down. After waiting my car wasnt being washed. Went back inside to ask where my car was. It was only then that they sent a valet to find my car which was parked sinewhere. More

Time for a change I took my car to Atlantic and it was diagnosed with 1.5 hrs of having the car as opposed to two days and annoying dealings at Apple. Nick was a pleasure to deal with and was helpful and knowledgeable. I was treated without being rushed I appreciate that . They were efficient and dealt with the warranty without even questioning it. I am happy I drove the 45 mins and will continue to come there More
