My car was given back to me in pieces. My trunk wasn’t opening, so I took it to this dealership. They called and told me it was ready for pick up and was told insurance covered it. Appar My trunk wasn’t opening, so I took it to this dealership. They called and told me it was ready for pick up and was told insurance covered it. Apparently insurance covered the diagnosis of the problem but the dealership didn’t fix the problem. I drove my car home not knowing the trunk was going to fly open while I drove, putting my life and those on the road in danger. When I pulled over and I inspected the trunk, it was in pieces with screws and parts all over my trunk. None of this is written in my paper work, it just says the problem was diagnosed and I will go through insurance. The car is not drivable and I couldn’t go back to the dealership because it was closing as I picked up the car. It’s upsetting that this dealership is so careless and now I have to find a vehicle to travel to work. More
