Atlantic Honda - Service Center

Had a horrible experience yesterday at Atlantic Honda. To begin with I was to get my 28,000 mile check up. I arrived at 10 a.m. , signed in and heard nothing from my representative until 3:00 p.m. when I wen begin with I was to get my 28,000 mile check up. I arrived at 10 a.m. , signed in and heard nothing from my representative until 3:00 p.m. when I went to question her about my car. They had done nothing yet, in 5 hours , except change the oil! I was livid! I had an appointment to go to and told them I had to leave and wanted my car. 5 hours to wait ! This is the last time I’m using Atlantic honda. Disgusted More

Made a service appointment online and was told I am not in the system when I got there. I had also received a confirmation text. Dave the service specialist is aces. always friendly knowledgeable, and professional. I never feel sales oriented pressure when taking my car in for servicing. They just give recommended service sugge knowledgeable, and professional. I never feel sales oriented pressure when taking my car in for servicing. I love leasing from Atlantic Honda and their sales team but the service center is HORRIBLE!!!!! I went in on Friday for a 9:30 oil change which I made an appointment for. I had a recall on my car and the p but the service center is HORRIBLE!!!!! I went in on Friday for a 9:30 oil change which I made an appointment for. I had a recall on my car and the person asked me if I wanted to have that done as well. He quoted me an hour and 45 minutes but more likely two hours. I said no problem! At the two hour and 15 minute mark I texted the number I was given with questions during my visit. No answer...At 2 hours and 30 minutes I went inside and found my service person who told me the recall hadn’t even been done yet and would be AT LEAST another hour. I told him I could not stay because I had somewhere to be. No one knew where my car was. It took AN ADDITIONAL 45 minutes for them to get my car. I honestly don’t even think the oil change was done when I first went in to ask about my car. I was there a total of 3 hours and 40 minutes for an oil change!!! They didn’t even get to the recall which I wasn’t intending on doing that day anyway. Horrible horrible horrible More

Love the advisors at Atlantic but lately the time to complete a minimum service request takes 2-3 hours , ie oil change, patch tire.
