Great Car, Poor Experience I leased a new 2016 Santa Fe and we worked in my previos lease numbers into the new car. I waited for hours to the point that i almost walked out but I leased a new 2016 Santa Fe and we worked in my previos lease numbers into the new car. I waited for hours to the point that i almost walked out but stayed because i was so far into the process. I've had multiple leases before and have never waited 6 hours to wait for the contract to be completed. Anyway, Atlantic said that my last payment on my previous lease and disposition fee would be paid by them. I even have the document that we drafted all the numbers on and it has those items on their side. I questioned it the entire 6 hours that I waited and everyone i had to meet wuth said yeah sure we will send the check for both. I finally handed over my previous lease and drove away in my new car. Sure enough about a month later I got a bill for $400 from my previous dealership. The $400 is the disposition fee which Atlantic said they would cover. I made several attempts to contact the dealership by phone and I just get transferred to voicemail. I have left numerous voicemails and sent multiple emails and have not received a response to either. I love my new car.. love every part of it but when the lease is over I will be going to a new dealership. I will NEVER step foot in ATLANTIC again. I won't even go there for service. So they lost a customer and I would never recommend them. When friends ask me where I got my car... I tell them where I got it and tell them not to go there. More

Very satisfied I like the dealership and this is my second lease with them. I have also recommended family memebers as well as friends. Overall good experience. Bob Wasilko is an outstanding Sales consultant. He spent a lot of time with us helping us choose the right car for us. I highly recommend you work with him. He has also made himself available to help us with questions and concerns after the sale. Thank you Bob! I found it frustrating that it took such a long time to wait for managers to negotiate the pricing of the car. I had one experience with Dave Toomey where I felt he was not clear and totally straight forward with me and did not provide me with all the information I needed to understand the deal I thought we negotiated. When I went in to finalize the purchase Ed Brightman was very helpful in negotiating the misunderstanding and resolving the situation satisfactorily. All other aspects of my experience at Atlantic were great. More

Fair Dealer~Follow up customer service could be better~ I was please with the overall dealer experience, however i left the dealer with one key to the vehicle, contacted the dealer the same day to make them I was please with the overall dealer experience, however i left the dealer with one key to the vehicle, contacted the dealer the same day to make them aware, they said they would mail out the additional key, almost two weeks later i am still waiting for the key, I contacted the sales manager and salesperson and none have returned my calls or emails which i find very unprofessional because prior to coming in to the dealer i kept getting calls daily to go switch out my vehicle but after the fact since they made their deal they haven't cared to respond back. More

She worked with me after losing my Hyundai Santa Fe in "Sandy". Susan helped me decide on my first leased car (the Elantra) 3 years ago. I loved my Elantra and went back to see Susan to lease my new Elantra. Susan is friendly, patient and knows her stuff. She is a pleasure to deal with as is the dealership she works for. More
