I have many years experience with this dealership. The staff always goes above and beyond to do what is right. Very few problems arise, but when they do (after all, we are talking about a machine!), they staff always goes above and beyond to do what is right. I was fortunate to have Luke as my salesman. He welcomed me as soon as I entered, and once I told him what I was there for, he did everything in his power to get it done for me. Luke was beyond professional me as soon as I entered, and once I told him what I was there for, he did everything in his power to get it done for me. Luke was beyond professional. He was extremely knowledgable in the brand, as well as the model of car I was interested in. From start to finish, it was an amazing experience. My husband and I had gone to Atlantic Hyundai back in September, 2013 and met Bob Breinlinger who tried really hard to work out a deal for me to trade in my 2012 leased Acura. Unforunately at that time we couldn't work anything out. We liked Bob so much we promised to go back to him as soon as we got a few more car payments under our belt --- and we did on 2/22/14! We asked for Bob and he worked just as hard this time as he did the first time and I got my 2014 Hyundai Sante Fe (white). My payments are lower and I get better gas mileage! I couldn't be happier. Bob is such a nice guy and really easy to work with. Going back to Bob and Atlantic Hyundai, West Islip when my son is ready for his first car next year!!! Well where should I begin your service representatives are horrible, rude and condesending to the customers. I called to comfirm the reservation for the loner car and was told there was no car and one was are horrible, rude and condesending to the customers. My wife called back since she made th reservation and after the representative rudely told her there was none she got them to find a loner since we reserved it weeks ago. Well that was the first problem next when she got there to drop off the car the representative was rude to her and when she asked how the loner car started he got even more ruder.SInce we do not have a car with a push button start she ask how it works and in a rude manner he howed her like she was supposed to know how it works. Well I was called about some issues they found on my car I okayed it. Well when my wife went to pick up the car she mentioned that they found some work that needed to be done and the clerk Rudedly said "well thats Jonathan for you". By that comment it makes me feel that I was scammed intothinking there were other issues with the car that needed immediate attention since that what I was led to beleive by Jonathan. I am not sure at this time if the wortk I okayed freally need to be performed or was I tricked into believing this to jack up my bill since we were only in for recall work and an oil change. My wilfe already had a concern about taking the car into the delareship because of these tractics now this just reaffirmed her beliefs that the dealerships are scam artists and jack up the prices to make more money of their customers. It is not your dealership she was worried about it was all dealerships. I would like to know if Jonathan gets commision to get unneeded repairs done so he gets a commision on those okayed repairs? I feel I was scammed into authorizing the repairs. I am very upset about this since we did not really have the funds at this time. We decided to have the work done and put off other bills so we cna pay fro the repairs that were recommended since he made it sound like the car was going to break down if we did not get them done. Since we have to take our dauhgter to a conference for her college orginazation in a couple of weeks I did not want to have a break down out of state so I okayed the work to be done. If these repairs were not needed and were only done so he could get his commision that is a problem. I do not think your representatives should be scamming your customers. We took our car in faitrhfully now I feel we were ripped off and scammed. It is company poloicy to scam your customers? I would like the service manager to call me so we can discuss this matter. My wife and I are very upset about all this how she was treated and how I was scammed out of a repair that might not have been needed. More
Berny Little was a pleasure to work with from the moment we met. He is friendly and worked very hard to get me into my new 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. Because I was Berny's first sale, he elicited the he we met. He is friendly and worked very hard to get me into my new 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. Because I was Berny's first sale, he elicited the help of Dave Toomey, Sales Manager, to help with the details. The finance people are friendly and low pressure too. I wish I remembered the name of the finance guy, but he was a pleasure to work with. Also, Chris Thierrin, Service Manager is a pleasant man who promptly took care of some service issues with my vehicle. I will be returning to Atlantic Hyundai to purchase another car for my daughter in the near future! More

He made sure my car had all the latest amenities in it and compared other cars, I had such a great connection with Barry and I'm very lucky to have worked with him I know now I'm lucky to have gotten the rate I did and I LOVE my new car so much!
