This was my first experience with Altantic Hyundai Service. My service was minor and didn't want to spend the day there waiting. I was in and out in less than an hour (1/2 hour earlier than promised) and and a "complimentary continental breakfast" while I waited. They must be doing something right to attract that amount of customers. More

All service was very good. However, the agent did not inform me that the splash shield was hanging in the front or that the windshield washer fluid was low. When I got home, i noticed the check list and then realized these two deficiencies. He should have pointed this out to me. I called the service departement early Friday AM to bring in my car. I left a message to call me back. By mid Friday PM I still did not hear from your service department. I am getting the problem fixed elsewhere. More

They told me they could perform the service now, they took the car in and I was on recall notice that I had received in the mail. This was at 3 PM.
