I want to let Dan Toomey know what a great job his team is doing at Atlantic Hyundai ! It was a pleasure to work with Al Levinger in sales to lease a new 2014 Santa Fe Sport. He is a friendly guy, very is doing at Atlantic Hyundai ! It was a pleasure to work with Al Levinger in sales to lease a new 2014 Santa Fe Sport. He is a friendly guy, very nice, very funny, and had us laughing the whole time. He is also very knowledgeable and when we took a test drive, he pointed out all the different features and also shared some stories. He knows his stuff and has been there for a long time. Just ask him about the secret codes ! :-) He took care of the calls for the insurance company and even handled the license plates transfer from the old Sonata to the new Santa Fe. I haven't even mentioned the follow up phone calls to ensure my satisfaction with all ongoing issues. The man is truly a credit to the organization as he literally defines and epitomizes what excellent customer service should be. Dave Toomey, sales manager, is a good guy who worked with us and let us know clearly that he appreciated customer loyalty. I'd leased my Sonata from Atlantic in 2010. He said, "You keep coming back and we will keep giving you deals !" Plus, when he found out that I was a USMC veteran and I served in Desert Storm, he thanked me for my service to our country. He took good care of us and gave us a deal and an affordable monthly payment. I was pleased with the numbers. We also worked with Roldy in finance and Mich in contracts and they are both very friendly and very professional and answered our questions and made our visit rather pleasant. Vinny, sales manager, stepped in for some last minute consultations and I appreciate his help. I brought in the car for service and Rich Lyon in that department took great care of me, going out of his way to make sure my car was taken care of as I wanted. He was on the ball and took care of business. Overall, I'm very happy with the sales process, the staff, the management, the service department, and overall customer service, at this dealership. I'm going to continue shopping here and referring others to come buy their cars here as well. Thank you, all, for a great job. Kudos to the whole team ! I had received a mailing about refinancing trade in for newer car. When I brought my 2012 Accent in for service I met with Mike Petronio to discuss my options. You have a very great sales woman. I was convinced by her to buy a new car. In other words if she did not use her professional salesmanship , I would have walked out of the dealership, because I was not her to buy a new car. I went in only to look at the cars to see if I could fit in them because I am over six feet tall. The only problem I had was, I could not register my Blue link on the internet because records at your main corporation office says the car was registered to someone else. I called Sandra 10/28/13 and explained the situation. She said she would get back to me. Other then that, everything else went smoothly . More
