Victor is a great sales Person. We have 3 Hyundai dealerships much closer to where we live. We make the 25 mile drive to this dealership for the good deals and customer service. I walked into Atlantic Hyundai for the first time not knowing what I wanted to do. I mainly wanted to look at cars, used or new, didn't think I would be buying one on that same day. Well, all of that unc knowing what I wanted to do. I mainly wanted to look at cars, used or new, didn't think I would be buying one on that same day. Well, all of that uncertainty changed rather quickly when I met Dan Archer. Dan was standing near by the front desk clearly working, papers in hand, etc. Dan and I made eye contact and he immediately introduced himself to me and I was instantly impressed with how interested and friendly this young man was in trying to help me. He asked me so many great questions and and took me outside right away, showing me vehicles and explaining everything to me. He was quite knowledgeable with a great personality, which helped me feel comfortable and delighted to talk to. Dan took me on a test drive in the 2013 Sonata and was a great experience. I have bought new cars before, but I must say, hands down, Dan was the best I've delt with through out this experience. He a great kid with a good and genuine personality! The reason I gaved this rating is because of Dan and his manager, Keith, who is also a great guy, pleasure to talk with. I believe, by looking at all the employees walking around helping so many people, Atlantic Hyundai has a great staff who don't just want to sell you a vehicle, but actually treat their customers with attentiveness and respect. When I went to Atlantic Hyundai I had no plan to buy a vehicle that day - I was planning on looking around the lot to see the choices available and then planned on returning the following week. I met Tom vehicle that day - I was planning on looking around the lot to see the choices available and then planned on returning the following week. I met Tom and explained to him the exact type of car I wanted, the features it needed to included, and the amount I wanted to pay for it. He was just great. He knew that my mind was pretty much set on what I wanted, so he didn't try to convince me that some other car would be better for me. He simply listened, check his inventory to make sure what I wanted was available, and then brought me right to the car I ended up buying. Since they had the exact car I wanted, Tom and one of his managers worked very closely to put together an offer I really couldn't refuse, and I ended up driving away that day with my new car. Tom was so personable and accommodating - it was a very long process to fill out all the paperwork, go through the bank, go through finance, set up a new insurance policy, so on and so forth... Tom always took the time to make sure that I was comfortable and understood what was going on every step of the way. I was really anxious and stressed about buying a new car, but Tom made the process as painless as possible. I couldn't believe how friendly he and the entire dealership were. I would (and will) hands-down recommend this dealership, and especially Tom, to anybody looking to buy a new car. More
