My experience in purchasing the Santa Fe Limited through Lindsay was a welcome change from what I expected in the usual "sales pitch" of car salespersons. She was very knowledgeable of the differences between the Sport and the Limited and fully versed in all of the operations of the various features of the Santa Fe. She also displayed a genuine interest in my choices of options and worked to see that I got everything I wanted in the vehicle. Then, when we started the discussion on the price of the vehicle, she worked back and forth with her Manager Dave Toomey until an agreement was reached that was satisfactory to all parties. She has a dedication to both Hyundai and the buyer that is definitely unusual in car sales. I highly recommend Atlantic Hyundai and in particular Lindsay Parisi. My initial meeting with the general manager Dan Toomey resulted in what I thought was an amazing deal. Down hill from there....The salesperson Chris P had little to no knowledge of the vehicle I purchase resulted in what I thought was an amazing deal. Down hill from there....The salesperson Chris P had little to no knowledge of the vehicle I purchased which resulted in my having to go back to dealership 3 times to learn how to use my vehicle & he neglected to give me back expensive sports related license plate frames & steering wheel cover. They took back the Toyota leased vehicle from me after doing an inspection.... Buyers beware of the so called year bumper to bumper warrantee....Disinterested in a hurry financial person pushed hard to get me to buy an extended warrantee and proceeded to tell me what the sales person did not.....electrical system only on 3 year warrantee and guess what...the entire vehicle is electric..... Weeks later I got a bill for $800 from Toyota for so called parking lot dings & hail damage on the roof from a bad storm that I was not aware of......There was no mention of such a charge when Hyundai took my lease as they said one of their Toyota dealerships would take it, if not them. Everyone I called about this blew me off including the GM who never returned my phone call....Once the sale is made, everyone disappears. I will probably pay off the car right after the 3 year warrantee is up and NEVER EVER buy a Hyundai again as a friend also had a nasty experience with a different Hyundai dealership.....Stick with the tried & true reputable Dealers people (Toyota, Honda, Nissan)!!!! We have purchased many cars through dealerships in the past and this was our best experience yet. I always felt uncomfortable, and quite frankly hate the thought of having to go through the ordeal of purchasing/trading-in cars. Too much negotiating, etc.... But not here. No pressure, pleasant, top notch service, and professionalism all around. More

Nicholas was very kind, respectful and patient. He went the "extra mile" to take the time to educate me about the New Elantra. Nicholas is detailed oriented, very informative and hands on. I had added different options to the car and Nicholas was very thorough though out the entire process. The most important aspect was the personalized time and attention he gave to me with every detail of the transaction.
