I walked in on Monday, April 29th 2013 at 8:30 in the morning just looking around, not expecting to find a salesperson that early, but Jennifer Tarr walked up and asked if she can assist me even before s morning just looking around, not expecting to find a salesperson that early, but Jennifer Tarr walked up and asked if she can assist me even before she had a chance to have coffee - I was trying not to get my hopes up on buying another Elantra since my budget is tight, ( my 2002 was purchased from you 11 years ago ) but Jennifer and your staff who assisted me, ( I wish I remembered names ) assured me that they would be able to get me into a brand new 2013 Hyundai Elantra without a problem - True to her word, Ms. Tarr not only put me in another Elantra, which I swear by since my previous 2002 gave me little problems and went out with 190,000 miles on it, she did so with patience, ( since I was a bit skeptical ), a very pleasant and outgoing personality and professionalism - I realize that its' the job to maintain these charecteristics, but to assist a customer whose lifestyle right now, is very stressful, ( as we all are ), the purchase of a brand new car was a bit overwhelming - Needless to say Ms. Tarr went above and beyond - I understand that she has only been with your company since March, what a great assett to Hyundai - Be assured that I will refer you to my friends and family - Kudos to you and your staff from an extremely pleased customer !! The dealership was very busy, but Jennifer Tarr was attentive and patient. She had taken her time to explain the different options and features when I was comparing the Sonata and the Alantra. The remaining employees were very friendly, and the facility was clean. I really enjoy the car, both in appearance and performance. The price, for the options was good when I compared it to the Honda Accord with the same options. A few suggestions I have would be to add more seating in the main sales area for waiting customers. There were quite a few customers standing waiting for the finance department to see them. I think you should also try to streamline the finance department. The wait to meet with them and then to sign the papers was too long. But overall, was very pleased and satisfied with my experience. More
