My experience was Great ! I had been to 2 or 3 car dealers prior to coming to Atlantic.(Ford, Honda and Chevy) I felt intimidated and pressured. Samantha was great! She never made me feel intimidat dealers prior to coming to Atlantic.(Ford, Honda and Chevy) I felt intimidated and pressured. Samantha was great! She never made me feel intimidated, actually quite the opposite, she made me feel comfortable. I had some past credit issues and was feeling cautious about the purchase. Samantha assured me, "we all have our issues" and never once spoke down to me or made me feel bad. This was a big step for me. I had not purchased a new car in 10 years! I am so glad we were able to negotiate a great deal (thanks to Ken too, in finance that sweetened the deal a little) It really was a pleasure and more importantly.... The main reason I gave the above rating is only because of Mr. Thomas Paull . He had me from the start because I was xxxx bent on getting a FORD FOCUS from where I brought my last car from. People came up to me and asked me if I needed help every time I came in (which was at least 5-6 times) MIke Petronio was always helpful and responsive, even when he ws clearly busy.
