We went in yesterday just to see whats new with Hyundai, not expecting to turn in our leases early. We spotted John Lane and he remembered us from 2.5 years ago when we leased our 2 vehicles there. He asked us what we were looking for and immediately made us feel comfortable and assured that he would make sure we were satisfied and that is exactly what he did. First he found us one of his best sales people, Sandra Redway. She was very friendly, helpful and patient with us as we are very particular when it comes to what we want. We chose the 2 colors we wanted and John was always readily available and willing to address any questions, problems or concerns that we had. He was extremely helpful from the moment we walked in until we drove off in our new cars. Micia, in finance was very friendly and patient as well with having to do 2 cars at the same time with tons of paperwork! We will recommend this dealership and these awesome employees to everyone we know. More
From the minute I walked in the door, Chris was very helpful, knowledgeable and catering. He made the process very easy and answered every question I threw at him. I think my overall experience was excellent. The salesman to the finance manager were awesome. My wife and I have purchased or leased around six vehicles from this dealership and would not think of going any where else. The first vehicle was a Hyundai that we bought for our daughter as a high vehicles from this dealership and would not think of going any where else. The first vehicle was a Hyundai that we bought for our daughter as a high school graduation present in 1988. Although for many years we did purchase and lease vehicles from other companies we returned to Hyundai because of the cost and the warranty and what I felt was more bang for the buck. We met Bob Breinlinger and John Lane both helping my wife and I decide on which vehicle would be the best for our purpose and then doing everything possible to get us into the best possible vehicle with the options we wanted at a price that we would have no problem with. There was a great feeling of being helped by friends and not as in the case of some dealerships being pressured into making a purchase that was not in your best interest. Since that first meeting we had with those two gentlemen we have had no desire to go to any other dealership and although I am sure the other associates at Atlantic Hyundai will be as nice to us as Bob and John we always return to them when it is time to replace our vehicles. I also appreciate the personal contact that is made by both of them in the form of a telephone call, e-mails and regular mail inquiring about how satisfied I am with my vehicle and to contact them should the need arise, and even a birthday card. In addition to Bob Breinlinger and John Lane in the sales department a Roldy Jeanlouis from the finance department had also provided excellent assistance in the difficult matter of having to part with your money. I always use your service department and in particular one specific service representative John Grosso who is outstanding, professional, friendly, and will go out of his way to get my vehicle in for service at a time that will fit my schedule. I would also use Brian Murphy until he unfortunately had a medical problem forcing him to leave his position in the service department. However when he was there I felt that he and John had the same attributes and I know he just like John are an asset to the company. I am sure if I had a chance to meet the people behind the scenes that work in the back offices doing the paperwork, the actual repair of the vehicles, etc. I would find a group of people on a par with Bob Breinlinger, John Lane, Roldy Jeanlouis, John Grosso, and Brian Murphy who give the friendly personal touch to a very large corporation that for years was part of an industry known for fast talking salesmen, and repair people that milked the customers. I have had nothing but a wonderful experience from the first time I walked through the door at Atlantic Hyundai in 1988 and will continue to return because of the people who work there and the company itself. Thomas was the sales rep who helped me. He was very nice and was very knowledgeable. He knew what car I was looking for and was able to get a test drive for me. We were able to work out a loan for me to p and was very knowledgeable. He knew what car I was looking for and was able to get a test drive for me. We were able to work out a loan for me to pay off which I was so happy. All the paper work and switching the registration plates and insurance to the tuscon was nice and easy. Yesterday 3/25/13 I came in to get a car and I left with a new car which surprised me of how quick it was. More
My experience at Atlantic Hyundai was perfect. I was greeted immediately upon entering the salesroom and a salesman was called over. He answered all my questions and made the leasing experience quick and easy. He located the color I wanted and made sure it was delivered the same day. I am loving my new car and in 3 years when the lease runs out I will most likely lease another Hyundai. More
Ed was an excellent salesperson. He worked hard to find a vehicle that worked for my needs and wants that also fit my price range. In the end I leased a 2013 Hyundai Accent hatchback and it is absolutely per vehicle that worked for my needs and wants that also fit my price range.
