Buying a new car for me is a difficult decision. Lindsay made the whole process so much easier than I have ever experienced in previous new car purchases. I had been to the dealership earlier in the day an made the whole process so much easier than I have ever experienced in previous new car purchases. I had been to the dealership earlier in the day and had explored my options with Lindsay. I left and considered my options at Hyundai as well as another car dealership. When I returned later that evening Lindsay was busy with another customer. While I waited other Atlantic Hyundai employees were very attentive and kind and made the "wait" pass quickly. I did not feel pressured. All the Atlantic employees that helped me thru the purchase process answered my questions and gave explanations I could understand. I truly felt that everyone at Atalntic Hyundai wanted my purchase to be a successful win-win and for me it was. I still can't believe that I have this fabulous car sitting in my driveway that I got at a fantastic price! Thanks Atlantic!!!! More

Knew what I wanted as I had visited the dealer's website. Sandra the saleswoman was very pleasant and friendly with a "can do" attitude. She listened and we went for a test drive. my salesman was excellent, I can in by myself to pick out the car I wanted, he helped me and I told him my x husband was going to buy the car for cash and I wanted to have all the information ready, so when the car I wanted, he helped me and I told him my x husband was going to buy the car for cash and I wanted to have all the information ready, so when john hayes (my wonderful, generous x husband) went their sat. morning, all the information was in there. We went back to the dealership around 5:30pm and he was waiting for me and my husband and told us what we needed to do. I dont know he he paid for it either wire transfer or bank check, my x came in monday morning and the car was ready for me on wed. Tommy was great, I went yesterday to pick up the car cause I had to hand in the rental. Monday I am coming back to get the leather seats put in, that I paid extra, but I needed my car yesterday, pick up kids and what not. Experience was excellent and tommy came outside, put the plates on and showed me how to work the car, took his time and had patience with me. More

The Presidents Day sale was great, there was free pizza and prizes including a 5 day cruise (which we won). Mike was a great salesman to work with. Let me begin by stating that I felt that Vic Carver went above and beyond in his attempts to get my car delivered. I gave my initial $9,000.00 check on Monday, February 6 on the purchase on a 2013 Tucson GL above and beyond in his attempts to get my car delivered. I gave my initial $9,000.00 check on Monday, February 6 on the purchase on a 2013 Tucson GLS. I first had a delay because the dealer had to close on my way in Friday to complete the purchase, no ones fault it was weather induced. Second, someone hit the car with a snow blower and I was even ok with that did not get upset. This had me waiting now until Monday, one week after my initial deposit. Then a Credit Union check snafu had me waiting another 4 days until my February 15th delivery. At one point I was so aggravated I was going to cancel my purchase. My car was help up for days because my check was not stamped certified. My Credit Union assured me the check was deposited and cashed on the very next day. That the funds were transferred and Atlantic had their money. I was told I coul dpick the car up Friday teh 15th days after the moneies were cleared. The stress was intensified by a gentleman at the front desk handing me a photo copy of my paid in full receipt after I handed over the final check. Vic Carver went and retrieved an original copy for me. After spending $26,000 on a car you would think a store manager or supervisor would call or speak to me. Vic Carver was awesome and only because of him will I even think of using the service department. The young ladies from the DMV departments were also very helpful and friendly. This is my third brand new Hyundai and I left Millennium Hyuandai because of crappy service and passive aggressive employees. We are now looking for a car for my daughter. I know this was probably an isolated incident and am looking forward to a long relationship with Atlantic Hyundai. Thank you, Cheryleann Fontenot More
