This was a continual comedy of errors. I dropped off my car on Wed evening for a service app't for Thursday. I then got a call from someone (not John) at 3:00 on Thurs that the car wouldn't be ready. The person couldn't give me an explanation as to why, nor was there the offer of a loaner car for Friday. So, I had to make arrangements for a car for work on Friday. Then, John Grasso called me on Friday to advise me that to replace a fuel sensor would cost me $ 1250. THAT's an outrageous price. I've had issues before where I thought the dealer was high priced, but the vehicle was in warranty and felt it best to stay at the dealer for the work so there could be no question if a warranty issue came up. Now, because I had 75,000 miles on the car, I'm told it's out of warranty and the quote stands as it is. I have two Santa Fe's in my driveway. And I can guarantee I will not go back to Atlantic Hyundai when I purchase another car. And I probably won't be looking at a Hyundai if this is was it will cost for service. More

My service visit was handled via phone to resolve an XM issue. As it turns out, my XM wa never set up at the dealership. The service representative, Brian, was rather abrupt on the phone, which led me to issue. As it turns out, my XM wa never set up at the dealership. After spending way too much time at all the other Hyundai dealerships on long island, and becoming extremely frustrated with the scams, liars, and con artists, and i was very close on giving up on Hyundai all together. But, then i went to Atlantic and my experience was so good, my next few automobiles may just be purchased from this dealership. Thank you so much for all you guys did. More
