The weather was hen they took the car & keys, it was raining very hard. They left the drivers window open all the time the car was out in the rain. I brought the car in for an oil change They also ch raining very hard. They left the drivers window open all the time the car was out in the rain. I brought the car in for an oil change They also changed the filter in the air conditioner. When I got the car back the front seat was soak and wet. There as rain water in the speakers, everything on the drivers side of the car was drenched. By the time I got home I was drenched. I tried drying up the water with towels and other things with no success. Today it is still wet. I called the manager to complain, his response was that they leave all the car windows open. If this is their practice I guess you must be receiving many more complaints. More
I purchased a Sonata from Emily Vargas on December 2nd, 2012 after having a not so good experience at Atlantic Chevorolet the day before. She asked me detailed questions about what I was looking for in my vehicle and and we also discussed monthly payments. This was important to me and I was impressed as Emily seemed to have my best interest in mind. After our conversation Emily went to check the inventory and returned to advise she had the perfect vehicle for me. However, the actual vehicle was not located in the main lot. Emily did show me several vehicles that were comparable to the one she was recommending and assured me I would not be dissapointed. I must say I was a little apprehensive about going through the motions and completing paperwork for a purchase of a vehicle without actually seeing it first. However I felt so comfortable with her level of her expertise that I continued with the process. Once everything was complete my car was bought over to the main lot and when I finally layed eyes on my car I was extremly happy. So happy I gave her a hug..I Absoulutely love my SONATA!!! I was recomended by a close friend to go to Atlantic and while I was there John and his son treated me fine. I was told I got the best deal there was for the lease that I got after talking to others I have while I was there John and his son treated me fine. I did get a limited edition sonata and I love the car but I'm not sure it was the best deal for a close friend or family member although it was fare. I have no problem with John He was very nice to me and his son even drove to my home to pick me up. they were very busy the day I was there but still paid attention to my car needs. I have since recomended a friend to go to atlantic to look at the cars since her car was totaled by Huricane Sandy, the only reason she may not go is the price. More

From the minute i drove my 2011 Sonata into Atlantic Hyundai's service center I was greeted by a friendly and helpful service man who assigned me a # and told me where to go. Once inside I only had to Hyundai's service center I was greeted by a friendly and helpful service man who assigned me a # and told me where to go. Once inside I only had to wait a short time before John Chandler invited me over to his desk to discuss what services I needed on my car. John was friendly, answered all my questions and was quick and efficient. As I waited for the services to be completed on my car, John answered any further questions i had when ever I went over to him and kept me apprised of the status on my car. All other personel that i dealt with were also friendly and acted in a professional manner which provided me with a great customer service experience. More
