We went to Atlantic Hyundai as a last ditch effort to try to purchase a Hyundai Santa Fe. (We had a rather disappointing experience at a different Hyundai dealer.) Our thoughts being, if we had another dis to purchase a Hyundai Santa Fe. (We had a rather disappointing experience at a different Hyundai dealer.) Our thoughts being, if we had another disappointing experience at another Hyundai dealer, we would take that as a sign and purchase the Honda CRV (our second choice). Gary Calixte and the management at Atlantic Hyundai were both fair and honest with regards to the cost of the vehicle and the AAA Auto Buying Program . As such, we settled on a vehicle, a fair price and closed the deal rather quickly. Thank you Gary, Chris and Percy for helping us purchase our new Hyundai Santa Fe. More
This Dealer was AMAZING!!!! After visiting numerous dealerships of all different car brands I became frustrated and disappointed. No one would listen to want I was looking for nor would they help me s dealerships of all different car brands I became frustrated and disappointed. No one would listen to want I was looking for nor would they help me stay within my budget. They insulted me with high lease payments and wouldn't help me find another option I could afford with the amenities I was looking for. I then visited Atlantic Auto Mall and it became an AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! Vic Carver listened to exactly wanted I wanted in a car and listened to my price range. HE MADE IT HAPPEN! He was wonderful and has made me into a lifetime customer! I can't wait for someone to tell me they are car shopping because I can't wait to recommend them to Vic and the rest of the Hyundai sales team at Atlantic Auto Mall. They do not play games and are very straight forward and honest. I regret that I didn't visit them sooner when I began looking for a new car. It would of saved a lot of arguments with my husband and disappointments of not be able to afford want I was looking for! Please visit this dealer YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! I let John Pelc know from the minute I walked in the dealership of my credit issues and asked if he could not help me to please not waste my time.... I had a budget and that was all I was willing to spend. I was hit hard by hurricane sandy and didn't need anymore stress. I needed a car and traveled all the way from Staten Island to obtain one. Well my time was definitely well spent. I walked into the dealership at about 2 pm and drove away with my new Sante Fe at about 8 pm. No gimmicks.... No bait and switch....I've never been more happy with a dealership or salesmen in my life. Atlantic Hyundai has acquired a customer for life. More
It was my daughters first experience with a new car lease and it was amazing. She was happy throughout the entire process, was made to understand all that was expected from her and from the dealer and she d and it was amazing. Hi, I had a really good experience working with Russell to buy the car to replace my car that was flooded during Hurricane Sandy. Experience was good however it took over 6 hours from from the signing of the deal to receipt of the car. They did warn me it would be several hours after we agreed on the lease price but I never expect from the signing of the deal to receipt of the car. They did warn me it would be several hours after we agreed on the lease price but I never expected to wait in the show room for 6 hours. The salesman did constantly check up on me and keep me informed of the process but 6 hours is a long time. It was a very busy Black Friday and many cars were sold that day. When the paperwork was finally finished I then waited another hour for the car to be delivered from the storage yard only 4 miles away. The sales experience was very good. The salesman seemed honest and trustworthy and was a nice guy. The sales manager finalized the deal with no haggleing and I felt that the deal was as good as I could have expected. The dealership brought in pizzas several times throughout the day and a nice hot buffet around dinner time. Unfortunatley I was in the dealership for all of the meals. When I finally got the chance to see the car - it was too dark to do a good inspection. The following day the car seemed a little dirty and it didn't seem like it went through the car wash before giving it to me. There was also what looked like glue on the exterior from the wrap which may have been on the car. These issues are going to be discussed with the dealership tomorrow. Overall one of the best new car lease/purchase experiences I have ever had. I highly recommend this dealership. More
