I started the buying process online and was greeted with an email from Dennis Morales. He was great to work with and gave me all the information I was looking for and answered all my questions. My mom and I went went into the dealership on Sunday, September 2nd. Although Dennis was off that day. Sandra Redway was the first person we met. Sandra was very friendly with and upbeat personality, we both enjoyed working with her very much. We're very happy with our new Elantra and with Atantic Hyundai. Sandra is the best to work with. We bought our 2008 Santa Fe from her and went back to upgrade and she got us into a 2013. They are all so friendly as great to work with. Purchased a 2013 sonata, was told I would get free tints. I did but it took 4 trips to the dealership before they were able to get them right. After the first tinting, 4 of the 5 windows were messed up, so I did but it took 4 trips to the dealership before they were able to get them right. After the first tinting, 4 of the 5 windows were messed up, some had scratches in the tint while others had hairs and dirt stuck between the window and tint. After coming back a week later they stripped the entire car and re-did it. I then noticed the passenger side front window had dirt in it again. I pointed it out to the clerk and was assured it would dry, it didn’t and I was forced to come back once again. This time they did it again and there was another small piece of paper like substance in the tint, once again I was told it will dry out, it didn’t. After looking closer at the window I also noticed that when the tinter was prepping the tint for the window (which is usually traced on the window prior to install) that he/she cut an inch long razor marking into the outside of the actual window. When I returned to the dealership, I was told "that was not like that when I left here" of course it wasn’t....COME ON! The man didn’t want to admit his mistake, then I spoke to a manager named Andrew, he ensured me he would look into it. About an hour later no sign of Andrew so I asked the receptionist to locate him and "he stepped out of the office" she took my information and said he would call me when he came into the office. That was 3 days ago. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!! More

I went to my nearby local Hyundai dealer and after 4hrs of waiting, going through inventory,test driving,sitting through the sales pitch,and finally recieving there best lease price offer(which by the way of waiting, going through inventory,test driving,sitting through the sales pitch,and finally recieving there best lease price offer(which by the way is just way too long). I then went to Atlantic Hyundai in West Islip to see if they could beat their price. I walked in and asked for a salesman, they called Mike Petronio over and we hit it off immediately. I've been leasing for over 14 years and have some experience how the whole process works. I have to say it was the most enjoyable and honest experience I've ever had. Mike was a real "straight shooter" and his no gimics attitude was such a relief to me. I had a price within 20 minutes (verbal) that was better then the other dealer. I told him I was serious, put down a small deposit, because I trusted his verbal commitment. Mike made good on his verbal commitment as did I, coming back two days later to sign the deal. Mike is a rare salesman and I wish there were more like him. With salesman like Mike Petronio I'm confident Atlantic Hyundai will always be a top dealership on LI. I will be telling my friends about my experience, letting them know shop around but dont sign anything until you visit Atlantic Hyundai!! Thanks again, Ronald Bauer More
