I got immediate attention as soon as I walked in the door. Believe it or not at other dealers they didn't want to talk to me about final numbers because my husband wasn't with me. I was very happy Hyundai was ready to speak to me and do a deal with me. I never felt rushed. I never felt like I wasn't being taken seriously. Most important I felt like I was getting a straight forward answer. Bob was exceptional, very patient and very informative. Dan also made me feel really comfortable (and I loved the pictures of his children) I have to say though in the end this was the first dealership that when I was given a final number I was really happy with it. Bravo Hyundai!! More

I was very happy with Atlantic Hyundai. I went to another Hyundai before this and felt that I was getting the round around. Every question I asked, was not answered, even the price of the car. I was trading in my car and could not get the price for the tradein..I stayed there 3 hours and felt very pressured. Then I went to Atlantic and was greeted by Sandra Redway. Within 30 minutes she answered all my questions and I bought the car. I would highly recommend Atlantic Hyundai to all my friends. More

I purchased a 2009 Santa Fe on Saturday. I initially dealt with Tommy and Vinny came in at the tail end offering to match another dealers price certifing the car and 2 years of free maintenance. When I dealt with Tommy and Vinny came in at the tail end offering to match another dealers price certifing the car and 2 years of free maintenance. When I sat down with Richie to go over the finance paperwork, he could not offer any explanation as to why the selling price was higher and why paperwork was drawn up as a 1 yr maintenance package. Every step of the way it was "oh, I don't know what you discussed. I'm just coming in to finish this up.". Needless to say, I didn't even make it home before I started having car trouble. The car was having difficulty accelerating and was bucking and acting like it was going to stall. Not a comforting feeling when I just put my 2 toddlers in to what I thought was a highly rated certified vehicle. I couldn't make it back to the dealership before the check engine light was on. Of course service is closed on a Sunday and of course no one has a loaner vehicle to offer. Return again on Monday, did I mention I live 45 minutes away, now move onto service. Jessica Newtown got me squared away and sent me off to the car rental assuring me she would call before 5 and tell me what was wrong with the truck. I never heard from her. I tried calling service and the cashier could not find and information regarding me or my vehicle. My "salesman" could not tell me anything either. Back again today, Tuesday and Jessica tells me my car hasn't been looked at. They cannot offer me anything other than the subcompact car that my kids car seats don't fit in and they have no idea when I'll get this "new" car back. I just purchased the car, it's one headache after another. Now Jessica informs me I can go to other Enterprises if I want to get a different rental but she can't make those calls. Certifying this piece of crap is not a reassurance. The fact that this car couldn't make it 10 miles from dealership before dying speaks volumes. I wish someone from that dealership would have the courtesy to do the right thing. Horrible experience 12 years ago, and should have never been given a second chance. Wouldn't recommend the dealership to my worst enemy. More
