Vic Carver was the most caring and professional employee that you can have. He is an asset to your company along with manager Brian. I came into Hyundai to trade in my Tucson and not sure if things would work out financially to my advantage.. to my surprise Vic and Brian worked out numbers for me and I bursted out in tears when I knew it would be workable on my end financially, especially after a long battle of a year of struggling thru health and finance issues.. Vic Carver hugged me when I cried , this just show me how caring and thoughtful he was.. He has great customer service relationships and was confident that I would be driving away in a new car , a Hyundai Sonata that day! the wait was worth it during the process and needless to say I had to give him a big kiss.when I drove away. I will definitely spread the word that Hyundai In West Islip is one of the best dealerships I know.. this is our 7th car that our family has bought with this company... My experience at Atlantic Hyundai was excellent. The employee, Carlos Vargas, was wonderful. He also made sure that all of my questions were answered and that the specific needs I was looking for in a car were met. After I received the car, Carlos also took the time to help me set up the settings of the car and made sure I knew how everything worked. He made a usually tedious and boring process enjoyable and educational. Thank you so much for everything! I would definitely recommend him as a salesman to all I know interested in buying a car. More

I had went to another dealership before this and the salesman was pushy and shady with the figures that he had given to me. Carlos in Atlantic Hyundai was the complete opposite. Sue DeFalco was great as always (I have already purchased 2 other Hyundais from her). Lets seperate her from the equation. She deserves nothing but praise. In retrospect after reviewing the paperwork the next morning (it was late and a rushed through signing the agreement last night), I did not realize that your finance guy saddled me stuck me with a 72 MONTH LOAN! I would have NEVER agreed to taking the vehicle under those terms. I would have put down more money if need be. First he told me that my payments were going to be $409 a month, then 2 hours later at 9:30pm, I am signing paperwork for $415 a month. No quite frankly, I am NOT happy. If the finance guy would have told me that I was being stuck for a 6 year loan, I would have never agreed to make the purchase under those terms and put down more money to make the terms more favorable. I never got that opportunity because I was being led to believe by him, that it was a standard 60 month loan. I only realized that when I got home because I sat there for Lord knows how long waiting for the papwerwork from finance. I love Sue, I love Hyundais............but I am a VERY UNHAPPY customer from an economical standpoint. Now I am paying almost 30,000 for a car that was supposed to have a base deal value of 19,995.00. I am really angry right now because I feel I was taken advantage of by the finance department. Plus, there were things thrown into this deal by the finance guy that were misrepresented after I reviewed the paperwork today. As soon as it reached 3 hours in the dealership, I should have just left. Again, this is NO REFLECTION ON SUE. She did a great job! But I feel I was screwed over by your finance department. I should know better and it's my own fault. But now I am stuck and I am sure Atlantic Hyundai's finance department really dosen't give a rat's rear about what I think now that they have their money. More
Carlos did everything in his power to get me everything I wanted in my new 2013 Hyundai Elantra.
