My whole experience was fantastic. The fact that I stopped in on Saturday afternoon and was actually driving away in my new car a couple of hours later still amazes me! I went to hyundai in west islip and bought a 2005 huyndai (and still have the car), and the car is just wonderful to drive and the people were fantastic that sold me the car. My experience was soooo good in 2005 that I recommended family and friends to your dealership (which my parents and my sister leased hyundai's from you cause of my recommendation--my parents name was Otto as they are both now deceased). In any event, I knew in my heart that I would go back to Hyundai Atlantic auto mall if I ever needed another car. On March 7,2012, I came back to your dealership and met Ana Lopez and she provided any and all information I needed to know about leasing the car. Ana was professional, yet friendly, warm and informative about leasing my car. Ana is a very nice person to work with and I just was back for my oil change a couple of days ago. The man at the desk, John, was EXCELLENT in giving me super customer service to get me in and out of your dealership as it was my only day off. John made me feel comfortable in that I wouldn't wait long for an oil change due to express service.
