Sandra Redway is an exemplary employee. Had it been for her alone, the overall rating would have been 5 or greater. The Sales Manager (Percy?) was extremely friendly and professional. Jeff in Finance was also very knowledgeable and professional. The issue was the inordinate amount of time it took once I had decided on a car. I took longer than expected to choose my car as Ms. Redway did her best to educate me on the best care for my needs. I had not bought a new care in 20 years. But once the decision was made the process was slow and laborius. Perhaps there can be a review of the process in order to lessen the down time buyers spend wodering around the Showroom.
