The price was very good as was the trade in. Farrell was a very helpful and friendly salesman. He is very knowledgeable of his product and made me feel comfortable making such a significant purchase. The reason I gave a rating of 5 on all the questions is because I did not have an option of 10, for that is how extremely happy I was with the top quality of service I was shown. Bob Wasilko was/is such a personable, friendly, honest, sincere man of character, and so completely knowledgeable of the car he sold to me. If I seemed a little hesitant at first, he completely turned me around, explaining in full details anything and everything I needed to know about the car. I know I will be looking for him again, when I am ready to purchase another car, and, recommend everybody I know to "Go See BOB!" And I can guarantee they won't be disappointed! Once again, thank you to him, and Atlantic, for helping this come together..I am so happy with my car! More
No respect for the value of our time. 3 return trips and still not complete. Was quoted a 1.9% finance rate. When loan agreement was completed, the rate had changed to 3.9%!(Credit rating was done prior to still not complete. Was quoted a 1.9% finance rate. "Daytime Running Lights" were to have been part of the package, but, not so. I have purchased quite a few cars in my lifetime, but this experience was by far the worst I have ever encountered. This dealer's total lack of honesty, respect, etiquette and good business ethics will keep me (and everyone I know)from ever going through this type of abuse again. More

I bought a new/ used car from this dealership (for $20,000+) and encountered a significant mechanical problem with the brakes 10 DAYS after I purchased the car. The problem rendered the car immovable $20,000+) and encountered a significant mechanical problem with the brakes 10 DAYS after I purchased the car. The problem rendered the car immovable. It occurred at 5 pm on a weekday. When I called the dealership to inquire about towing the vehicle to them and picking up a loaner vehicle, I was told to call hyundai's 800 number and that since service was had closed at 4 pm no loaner vehicle would be provided to me. So much for the supposed 24 hour roadside assistance! Over the course of the following 3 hours, I spoke with multiple customer service reps, a manager or two, and my salesperson; each one listened, said they were sorry and then put me on hold for over 10 minutes, which caused my cellphone to die. When I finally arrived at the dealership, the manager was very passive- aggressive, and at points nasty. The only helpful thing that was done for me occurred when an underling gave me a ride home so that my 9 months pregnant wife did not have to wake up our two small children and drive a half hour each way to retrieve me. I had to take a half day off of work and am curious to see how long the repair will take and whether all issues (rotor, caliper, and rim) will be repaired. Bottom line, I am certain to dissuade the 300+ employees that work in my building to avoid this dealership at all costs. They have no problem making you feel like a number and are not even slightly embarrassed when something they have sold has a serious/ dangerous mechanical failure 10 DAYS AFTER THEY HAVE SOLD IT TO YOU!!! You will get better service at any other dealership. More
This was a very pleasant car buying experience. Alan has a great sense of humor, and explained everything with patience. I am used to buying a vehicle taking several days, but this was accomplished in almos a great sense of humor, and explained everything with patience. I am used to buying a vehicle taking several days, but this was accomplished in almost one day. Only negative -- and a SLIGHT one -- the prep of the vehicle was a little lacking. There was protective plastic left on several knobs, a dirt mark on one seat, and no shine on the tires. But this was very very minor. More
