Not only did I not plan on spending 2.5 hours in the dealership, but leasing a car at this juncture in my life is a big decision--the speeding along of the process, while it may have been well-intentioned, did make me feel a big uneasy at times. Also, while I rated the deal as great, and it was, it took a lot of bargaining to get at that point. If I didn't show up with my dad, there is no way I would have walked out with the same deal. So I greatly appreciate the dealership "hooking me up," so to speak; but would I have have been given a similar deal if I didn't negotiate it? Probably not. Sandra was really nice and made everything easy. She did a tremendous job. Percy was really cool too. He greeted my dad and me in a very friendly way, made us feel comfortable, and ended up giving us a very good deal, which I'm thankful for. Thanks everybody. More
