The overall experience of my vehicle purchase was excellent! However the vehicle itself has some problems...It's been pulling to the right,The hood is not aligned to specs and there were several bolt excellent! WE WHERE NOT HAPPY WITH TRADING,BUYING AND RECEIVING OUR VECHICLE ALL IN THE SAME DAY.TO MUCH PRESSURE TO DO EVERYTHING IN A NUMBER OF HOURS.WE ALSO INTENDED TO PAY CASH FOR OUR PURCHASE BUT THEY MADE US FI VECHICLE ALL IN THE SAME DAY.TO MUCH PRESSURE TO DO EVERYTHING IN A NUMBER OF HOURS.WE ALSO INTENDED TO PAY CASH FOR OUR PURCHASE BUT THEY MADE US FILL OUT A LOAN APP ANYWAY.WE TOOK THE CAR HOME ON A SUNDAY NITE.BEFORE WE LEFT THE DEALERSHIP SAID TO HAVE THE CASH ON TUESDAY OR WEDNESDAY.I SAID WE WOULD NEED AT LEAST 3 BUSINNESS DAYS TO MOVE THE MONEY,WHICH TURNED OUT WOULD BE THURSDAY.WEDNESDAY WE GOT A CALL FROM OUR SALESMAN SAYING WHATS GOING ON WITH OUR PAYMENT AS HE GOT 2 CALLS FROM HIS OFFICE THAT WE HADN'T COME IN WITH THE MONEY YET.I SAID WE WOULD BE IN ON THURSDAY IF ALL GOES WELL WITH OUR FUND TRANSFER.THIS CALL MADE US FEEL LIKE WE WERE TRYING TO GET AWAY WITH SOMETHING.THIS IS OUR THIRD HYUNDAI PURCHASED FROM THIS SAME DEALERSHIP IN 5 YEARS.WHEN WE BROUHT THE MONEY IN ON THURSDAY MORNING WE WHERE INFORMED THAT IF WE HADN'T GOTTEN THE MONEY THERE BY 12 NOON THEY WOULD HAVE PUT THE LOAN PAPERWORK THRU.THIS WAS A COMPLETE SURPRISE TO US.WE SHOULD HAVE SAID WE WOULD PICK THE CAR UP ON THURSDAY BUT THEY ACTED LIKE EVERYTHING WAS FINE JUST TO GET THE CAR OUT THE DOOR.THEY ASLO HAD OUR $15,OOO.00 TRADE-IN AS OUR DEPOSIT.SO WE WHERE NOT HAPPY WITH THIS BUYING PROCESS AT ALL. I went to Alantic because it was so highly recomended by my family who has purchased a few cars there. At other dealerships I was very turned off by agressive sales reps, and an overall feeling of "sleeznes my family who has purchased a few cars there. At other dealerships I was very turned off by agressive sales reps, and an overall feeling of "sleezness". At Alantic not only were the sales reps nice and friendly but they were never agressive or pushy. I was helped to find the car that "I" wanted and not steered towards cars that the reps just wanted to get rid of which is what happened at other dealerships. I could not be more pleased with the service I received and have already begun recomending Alantic to friends. I will definatly return for my next car purchase when the time comes. More
