Good exprience. Love the car. We bought a 2011 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. We have had the car for lonly 6 days but we have gone all over. We look for excuses to drive it. Sale person Jonathan Pelc was super. Had the facts at hand and was very polite. Sales Manager John Lane very nice and helpful. Initial finance person, Keith, very polite and gracious. Not impressed with final stage of process, where all remaining papers were signed. The young lady "signing-off" was robotic; fast-talking (had to ask her to repeat several things because of her speedy, let's-get-it-over-with delivery)and at end, she did not even wish us good luck with the new car. Were it not for the final signing phase of the process, the score would have been 5. But, I must emphasize again that all other employees were great and all 5's. Bottom line: I would come back to Atlantic. Hopefully, their sign-out person will be better trained in effective customer relations. More

I had visited other dealerships, including another Hyandai, before going to Atlantic. My experience at Atlantic Hyandai did not even compare to my experiences at the other dealerships; it was so much Hyandai, before going to Atlantic. My experience at Atlantic Hyandai did not even compare to my experiences at the other dealerships; it was so much better! My sales rep, Vinny, was attentive and knowledgable. He treated me with repsect and maintained a familiarity while also being professional. They gave me a great deal and I would definitely recommend Vinny and all of the helpful people I worked with at Atlantic. Additionally, I love my car. The reputation and good ratings (consumer reports) is what brought me in to begin with! More
