He was very helpful and always returned my emails in a timley manner. When I went to the dealership to finalize a deal, we worked with Jonathan Pelc. Jonathan was also very pleasant to deakl with and answered all our questions. We had finally come to a price agreement on a 2012 Elantra and were ready to purchase the vehicle. However, when Jonathan went to hand-in the paperwork, he was told the car had just been sold by another sales person minutes earlier. Normally, this would not be a big deal as they had many Elantra's and offered us another car. The problem was this: the car was for my daughter and she had her heart set on a "White" car with beige interior. They only had one White car. We were about to leave, when the Sales Manager came over to us. I cannot recall his name. I am not naive, I know their goal is to sell cars and make money, which is perfectly normal, that's why they are in business. Having said that, I geniunely believe both Jonathan and the sales manager, felt badly for us and wanted us to be happy and not leave unhappy. To make a long story short, the sales manager did whatever he could to make us happy and get us a car my daughter would be happy with and he did. We did have to settle for a different color car, but he sold us a vehicle with more equipment than the White vehicle and he did NOT raise the price. Everyone was happy in the end. I really believe they did something they did not have to do. After the White vehicle was sold, they could have apologized and said these things happen and told us to come back in a few weeks when maybe they had more white cars. But they didn't do that,they really went to bat for us and to ensure we left the dealership happy customers - It was a pleasure to see their efforts. I would certainly recommend Atlantic Hyundai. Unlike the Honda Civic (the first car that I was considering), the Elantra GLS is easy to understand and the automation is not complicated. and great to drive. Atlantis is 100 times more efficient and respectful of their customers than the Hyundai dealer in Hempstead, NY. Their approach to customer service was dishonest, unethical, and very frustrating. I couldn't believe that I could buy a Hyundai in one visit and get what I want! It was such a good experience that my husband said that his next car will be purchased at Atlantic Hyundai. However when going into the finance room my paperwork was written up for another vehicle, higher price, My experience with Susan DeFalco was great. However when going into the finance room my paperwork was written up for another vehicle, higher price, higher payments. After that was corrected and I had received the final paperwork to sign multiple errors were made on that paperwork also. My temporary registration was wrong, had to be corrected then my sales paper didnt show that I had already given money for transfer of plates. That had to go back and be corrected. My price breakdown paperwork had a different loan percentage on it and no payment amounts on it so that had to be corrected. I just feel that I had to wait around much longer due to rushed paperwork. This is personally my 3rd Hyundai purchase and my daughter purchased the same exact vehicle the week before and no one discussed with her puttng the auto start into her car payments. So now she is told that she will have to pay over $600. to get it put in on her own. I think that is a little ridicoulous. More

Even with such a large volume of customers entering into the showroom all at once, Atlantic Hyundai always does a great job at making sure you are properly taken care of. I appreciated the service I got last July when I bought my first Elantra Touring SE. Unfortunately, I found myself needing to replace it this past August after it flipped over in an unusual slow moving accident and was deemed a total loss. It was important to me that I be able to get another Touring SE, once the insurance was settled, as not only did I really enjoy the car, but it had 100% protected me during the rollover. Atlantic Hyundai was patient, and understanding and with a shrinking inventory, and multiple opportunities to have sold the car prior to my finally getting my insurance check, they respected my business and I am very grateful. This is our second Santa Fe purchase with Victor Carver at Atlantic, and it's been a great experience on both occasions!..one of the many reasons why is due to the fact that Victor didn't "hunt us down" li at Atlantic, and it's been a great experience on both occasions!..one of the many reasons why is due to the fact that Victor didn't "hunt us down" like many sales people at most dealerships, actually he was suggested to us to request by some people we know who have purchased through him. Victor's relaxed and friendly manner allowed us to feel comfortable. His customer service skill's and stellar work ethic are outstanding. Victor and John Lane were very congenial and worked with us towards negotiating a price we felt good about. We feel our overall experience with Victor and John(and Hyundai over all)was above and beyond any other dealership we have been to and their courtesy and customer service are at the highest degree.
