I was very impressed with Mike's listening skills. He understood what I was looking for and had the patience to hear my full thought without interruption or cutting me off. It's how all conversations should be with individuals. His presentation of the Sonata's features was impressive and answered most of my questions by his process of showing the vehicle. Farrell Shapiro is an awesome salesman. He is not pushy and was very accomodating to where we wanted to be in our purchase. He spent 4 hours with us from start to finish and he never made us feel like a b and was very accomodating to where we wanted to be in our purchase. He spent 4 hours with us from start to finish and he never made us feel like a burden when it came to test driving what cars we wanted to try. I would definitely recommend the dealership and more specifically, Farrell. We will also return to Farrell in the future for any car purchase we need to make again. More

Sue was very accomodating and friendly, i told her what i need and she gave it to me, she provided me with options frm which i chose the one that is best suited to my needs. As for the finance dept, the fin need and she gave it to me, she provided me with options frm which i chose the one that is best suited to my needs. As for the finance dept, the finance manager was able to work out an amortization suitable for my budget and purpose. If you'd ask me if i would recommend atlantic hyundai to my friends, i would say i already did, multiple times, ive got nothing but good words for sue. More

The only complaint is that the finance dept took forever to process the paperwork. It took Farrell(sales person) less then 1 hour to get everything done on his part, but then I waited for nearly 2 hours for to process the paperwork. It took Farrell(sales person) less then 1 hour to get everything done on his part, but then I waited for nearly 2 hours for the finance dept.(This has always been the problem with Atlantic Auto Mall) The sales staff work hard and quickly and the Finance dept slows everything down. I don't know if I'll be back again due to the stress in waiting for the finance dept. More

This was actually my second car purchased from Atlantic Hyundai. My first vehicle was a 2004 Santa Fe which I love. Loved the new style of the Sonata and went in on a whim just to look and wound up buying Hyundai. My first vehicle was a 2004 Santa Fe which I love. Loved the new style of the Sonata and went in on a whim just to look and wound up buying one, a 2012 Sonata Limited PZEV, has all the options we were looking for and drove it home that night. Carlos was absolutely great made the whole process painless, worked out a payment plan that we both could live with, going back this afternoon for him to hook up our cell phones and to explain the BlueLink feature that came on the car.
