The sales people are great in this dealership but its what happens after you purchase your vehicle is what should be questioned. Some of the service guys are alright but one in particular is the nastiest what happens after you purchase your vehicle is what should be questioned. If this were the guy that were to sell me my car, I would have walked right out of the dealership. He has no respect for the customers at all, he pushes you away like he does not want to be bothered. I have dealt with 3 dealerships and this is by far the worst service department. If someone from this dealership reads this, I recommend you get rid of this guy. More

Then told $369 - AND UPON DOING DEAL SOMEWHERE BETWEEN 9PM AND 10:30pm TOLD $389 even with $500 extra which should have LOWERED PAYMENT APPROX $15 MONTHLY. Deflector - I insisted from beginning IT WAS A MUST TO COME W CAR, I was assured it would - it was not, I was then told "they'd get me one". I spoke to Matthew and was told they only came in on cars and they didn't have any but they'd look for one for me. Now one month later, told they are in stock - AND NOW IT IS TOLD TO ME THAT I SHOULD PAY ADDITIONAL FOR SAME. This is lousy and deceptive business. I am sure Hyundai could find its way to put one on my car without any cost to me - Its not as if it's a different model car, nor is it an item that is unheard of or so very costly - I of course am not getting my remote starter and find that I have to pay $60 more a month for 36 months - instead of less, as I was paying for my Acura !!!!!!! I do feel this is the least Hyundia could do for me. One other item - gas mileage is only 24 mpg not 32 so I am disappointed in that. More
