I HAVE PURCHASE THE HYUNDAI ELANTRA 2004 IN 2004 FROM THIS DEALER IN FACT THREE HYUNDAI'S WHERE PURCHASE IN FEBRUARY 2004 N YEAR ALTER ANOTHER 3 CARS PURCHASED IN THE FAMILY MEMBERS. This is why I gave the rating above Salesperson very nice - but I had to constantly follow up though. Re price - I was okayed with one price $329 then pushed to somewhere between 329-369, then I offered to - but I had to constantly follow up though. Then told $369 - AND UPON DOING DEAL SOMEWHERE BETWEEN 9PM AND 10:30pm TOLD $389 even with $500 extra which should have LOWERED PAYMENT APPROX $15 MONTHLY. Deflector - I insisted from beginning IT WAS A MUST TO COME W CAR, I was assured it would - it was not, I was then told "they'd get me one". I spoke to Matthew and was told they only came in on cars and they didn't have any but they'd look for one for me. Now one month later, told they are in stock - AND NOW IT IS TOLD TO ME THAT I SHOULD PAY ADDITIONAL FOR SAME. This is lousy and deceptive business. I am sure Hyundai could find its way to put one on my car without any cost to me - Its not as if it's a different model car, nor is it an item that is unheard of or so very costly - I of course am not getting my remote starter and find that I have to pay $60 more a month for 36 months - instead of less, as I was paying for my Acura !!!!!!! I do feel this is the least Hyundia could do for me. One other item - gas mileage is only 24 mpg not 32 so I am disappointed in that. More

Theses past three weeks, I have visited six dealerships (including Hyundai and rival makes). I have found Atlantic Hyundai to be far superior to any other. Salesman, Farrell Shapiro, was friendly, knowled (including Hyundai and rival makes). I have found Atlantic Hyundai to be far superior to any other. Salesman, Farrell Shapiro, was friendly, knowledgable, patient and accommodating. He created an atmosphere of trust and efficency. I would definitely refer him to others. I dealt briefly with other individuals while there. They were both professional and friendly. This dealership is a fine fine tuned operation. I hope the service department at Atlantic is on par with the sales department! More
