Consistently Excellent My review is based on the visit I had yesterday, and really describes every visit I make to this service garage. They've been consistently good over My review is based on the visit I had yesterday, and really describes every visit I make to this service garage. They've been consistently good over the years and I'm on my second Elantra from this dealership. I told them so before I left. From driving in through driving out. I loved dealing with John Grosso. He couldn't have any been any nicer or more knowledgeable. On every visit, they check out my whole car to find anything that needs taken care of. Once they realized my registration was expiring in a month and they did the inspection at the same time as the 3-5K miles maintenance. This time they did an alignment I needed. More than once I've pulled in with no appointment with a tire pressure symbol and they fixed it right away while I sat in my car. Then they switched me to Nitro-fill. I always seem to leave feeling like they took really good care of my car, didn't take advantage of me (recommending only what's necessary), and answering my questions intelligently. Yesterday I waited there for my car. No complaints about the waiting area. The seats were very comfortable. They lowered the TV volume when I asked them to without arguing. I asked for a carwash and was told it's already been done! : ) It seems like a very well-run Service Center overall. Busy people but not a lot of commotion. Not at all unpleasant. Btw, heads up! Keep those coupons you get from Hyundai and Tim Turnbull. I saved about 60 bucks! More

Poor customer service Would give 0 stars if I could. Shopped a used car this weekend due to mine being shot. Found one advertised on the internet at $8500 (which did have f Would give 0 stars if I could. Shopped a used car this weekend due to mine being shot. Found one advertised on the internet at $8500 (which did have fine print BS to get it to that price...fine whatever). Salesman Harris was ok but he did not do a good job at all explaining what the actual cost of the car would be, despite me telling him what I was looking to spend. There was no used car window sticker posted on the car to give any details. Asked him to see other vehicles to consider and was told there really wasn't anything worth looking at. Whatever. Took test drive and liked it (not loved but liked). Decided to go thru with sale. Lenny the finance manager heard what I was looking to pay monthly and said that wouldnt be a problem and that it would have the 10 year warranty on it (as it should since it was advertised as Certified). Long story short after a LONG wait I do the sale paperwork and get rushed through everything with little explanation. Price was not even gone over (monthly was higher than promised) and I had to ask about the Car Care Package warranty and a maintenance package (neither of which were mentioned prior to the paperwork) which he tacked on deceptively that added $4000 to the price now putting it closer to double the internet price. I asked if this was optional and he could not give me a straight answer. Against my better judgement I signed for the car...my fault. By next morning I did admittedly have buyers remorse, so being less than 24 hours later I drove down to see my options on cancelling thinking they might do the right thing. Was left to wait a long while again and finally had to find someone and was told by Lenny and then his manager Mitchell (who was quite rude) that I had absolutely no recourse and was stuck. This despite Hyundai's main web site showing a 3 day return policy (which they denied was true). Apparently that policy doesn't apply to NY State. Which I found unacceptable and told them so. That being said the dealer could have still done right by the customer and helped them out instead of having someone be unhappy and uncomfortable with their purchase. I guess not. But now I may be able to re-adjust my warranty options in 90 days. My mistake for being naive but I was not explained anything clearly at all, was rushed, and duped, and I regret ever doing business with them. More
