Found one advertised on the internet at $8500 (which did have fine print BS to get it to that price...fine whatever). Salesman Harris was ok but he did not do a good job at all explaining what the actual cost of the car would be, despite me telling him what I was looking to spend. There was no used car window sticker posted on the car to give any details. Asked him to see other vehicles to consider and was told there really wasn't anything worth looking at. Whatever. Took test drive and liked it (not loved but liked). Decided to go thru with sale. Lenny the finance manager heard what I was looking to pay monthly and said that wouldnt be a problem and that it would have the 10 year warranty on it (as it should since it was advertised as Certified). Long story short after a LONG wait I do the sale paperwork and get rushed through everything with little explanation. Price was not even gone over (monthly was higher than promised) and I had to ask about the Car Care Package warranty and a maintenance package (neither of which were mentioned prior to the paperwork) which he tacked on deceptively that added $4000 to the price now putting it closer to double the internet price. I asked if this was optional and he could not give me a straight answer. Against my better judgement I signed for the car...my fault. By next morning I did admittedly have buyers remorse, so being less than 24 hours later I drove down to see my options on cancelling thinking they might do the right thing. Was left to wait a long while again and finally had to find someone and was told by Lenny and then his manager Mitchell (who was quite rude) that I had absolutely no recourse and was stuck. This despite Hyundai's main web site showing a 3 day return policy (which they denied was true). Apparently that policy doesn't apply to NY State. Which I found unacceptable and told them so. That being said the dealer could have still done right by the customer and helped them out instead of having someone be unhappy and uncomfortable with their purchase. I guess not. But now I may be able to re-adjust my warranty options in 90 days. My mistake for being naive but I was not explained anything clearly at all, was rushed, and duped, and I regret ever doing business with them. More

Called them 3 times to confirm that there are no additional charges apart from the taxes and DMV etc. to which they said 695$ dealership fee which is fine. But after taking a long trip to reach the dealership was told total price would be 19599$. Might as well get a new Hyundai Sonata. they sales guy acted as if I had won the lottery when he came with the finance details - which turned out to be a rip off. Ridiculous advertisements. More

I have yet to see that check. I have emailed and texted Franswa and Lindsay so many times, still nothing has been done. This dealership pales in comparison to Grand Prix Subaru. I will never come back here again. More

We've had the car for seven months and still haven't mastered all the technological details. Rich Mazzio was a very lucky hit for us. Competent, thorough, patient - and fun! He would not let us leave until he was sure that we understood and would remember the solution to the problem. He would make a wonderful teacher; his methods are effective and fine-tuned. I hope that he will be at the dealership for all our future visits. More

I came in for an oil change, wheel alignment, tire replacement, and state inspection—he even had Rich is such a sweetheart, super pleasant, & helpful! He doesn’t mind clarifying what I don’t understand, verified all work to be done, & updated me on our progress along the way. Definitely intend to have him as my service rep again! More

Josh was friendly at first but, when we told him the Tucson model we were interested in. He left us at his desk and he was gone for an hour. Finally gets back with a ridiculous offer and one I can’t afford. Once we realized he was lying to us, he became very defensive, RUDE, and disrespectful to my mother. I will never step foot inside this Atlantic Auto Group. More

Another terrible experience Like a wounded animal I was attacked and devoured by the jackals at Atlantic Hyundai. As I was leaving Atlantic unhappy with the deal they had offered Like a wounded animal I was attacked and devoured by the jackals at Atlantic Hyundai. As I was leaving Atlantic unhappy with the deal they had offered I fell bruised my ribs and face my sales person came to assist me get up off the ground but NEVER offered medical assistance. I was embarrassed and sore but they saw their wounded animal and pounced. They offered me the exact deal I wanted $900 down $220 per month lease and remote start. We agreed to this deal. They Then took my car keys and sent me for final slaughter, their Finance Dept. Hurting and befuddled I left giving them $1000 down and signing a lease paying $260 monthly. The kill was made. I’m ashamed of myself for being duped but I felt I should tell my story so others won’t be. Oh well if Atlantic needs my $1500 that bad then again shame on me,“Caveat Emptor”. Tip: See the final agreements before relinquishing your keys. I did get the remote start. More
