General Manager GM Jason Montalvo neglects all subsequent emails and subsequent phone calls despite recorded on phone assuring me finance manager’s misconduct is “gro GM Jason Montalvo neglects all subsequent emails and subsequent phone calls despite recorded on phone assuring me finance manager’s misconduct is “grounds for termination” regarding embezzlement of $4,100 in Toyota extra care plans after explicitly stating no extra plans or add-ons at time of vehicle signing. Atlantic Hyundai is instructing me to wait 12 weeks for a refund of $3,800 despite Toyota extra care reporting no record of any plans purchased. Toyota also reports: a refund takes less than 30 days. Toyota further reports : “since no care plan application has been entered in their system by Atlantic Hyundai to this date, a refund can be issued today” More
