The guy was a sweetheart and here's why...He said my ac compression was leaking freon out which I had no knowledge of and my window switch on the driver door was broken which that in did know but wasn't intended to fix but he covered that and the ac under warranty so I said ok on that. It was only covered under 5 years or 60,000 basic warranty my car is older and more miles I have extended warranty I bought when I got the car but there was a deductible I had to pay but Jonathan waived it for me so I didn't have to pay. What Jonathan also did for me to get me home so I didn't have to hang all day for my car to be done he provided me a car to come home In that was on the house I said to him before I left with the rental I had to go get stuff out of my car because I was leaving it he tried calling the mechanic to bring my car up but couldn't get a hold of him so what he did was personally drove me down the basement where the garage was to get what I needed out of my car even though this poor guy was very busy and running around dealing with other customers he really went out out of his way for me especially trying to find the lady in charge of the rental car. what I also was very happy about was the free car wash i mean they totally ripped apart my car they cleaned and wiped everything and also vacuumed and haven't cleaned my car in a very long time. I also came the day before with my moms Santa Fe for an oil change and recall who I dealt with Theo if I remembered his name correctly he was very helpful too and professional I also interacted with rich who was a young guy looked like he was maybe 18 or 19 but he also helped me too with the paper work for my mothers vehicle and he was also very friendly and outgoing and professional as well. I can't say the same about Hyundai 112 or mid island for the really great attitudes and service I got here thanks a lot guys for everything and big thanks to Jonathan!!! More
