Rich Maggio Rich understands his customers concerns. He is always willing to help his clients. I purchased my 2016 Sonata in February. I live in Brooklyn, so Rich understands his customers concerns. He is always willing to help his clients. I purchased my 2016 Sonata in February. I live in Brooklyn, so bringing my car in for service is not sometime I look forward to. The engine light popped on Wednesday night so I thought maybe it was the oil as I needed to have it changed. I went locally the following morning I got in car and light was on again. I tried to make appointment on line for a Saturday. I did not have much luck. I left message with online service who wasn't really helpful until she said have you been here before I said yes. I was then transferred to Rich. Rich was understanding and extremely helpful got me an appointment for that Saturday at 8 am. rich was amazing throughout the entire process. My car was diagnosed and fixed. I also had them change air cabin filter and something else. I was home back in Brooklyn by 1130. Needless to say I am grateful for the superior service and being accommodating to my needs. Thank you again More

Hudson did a great job I came into this dealership thinking that there would be no way that Atlantic Hundai would be able to match the deal I was going to get from another I came into this dealership thinking that there would be no way that Atlantic Hundai would be able to match the deal I was going to get from another car place. From the moment I walked in, Hudson Leogrande greeted me with a friendly Hello, and confidently made me feel as though I was going to get my car from him! He gave me a great deal and I have had this Elantra since Friday Oct. 28th and I Love it. Hyundia Elantra I was disappointed when the Finance Manager sat with me; he did not even shake my hand or introduce himself. He also rolled his eyes when my father qu I was disappointed when the Finance Manager sat with me; he did not even shake my hand or introduce himself. He also rolled his eyes when my father questioned something. I was there for 3+ hours purchasing a car and I was never offered a coffee or glass of water. It was 9pm around closing time and I felt rushed when I was finally walked out to my new car, the salesman said a few things and basically shook my hand and ran off without showing me the features or the car overall. Not a huge deal, but the car was somewhat dirty. Afterwards, I was given a free car wash certificate. I was given the car without a full tank of gas and the tire pressure light was on (still is on). I was also given the car with my 2 keys, missing the remote keypads and now have been waiting 2 weeks for them to schedule my appointment to come in for the keypads. OTHERWISE, the salesman was nice, professional, helpful and gave me everything and all pricing originally promised. Even with these few issues, I am still a satisfied customer. More
